前台丁漂亮小姐姐服務態度非常好，衞生乾淨，地理位置很不錯，樓下有夜市，對面就是蘭州中心，吃飯購物非常方便，帶孩子住了好多次，每次來就選他家酒店，孩子也喜歡在這裏住，大廳環境也很不錯的，退房了還可以休息會，推薦推薦！

酒店裡麪的服務人員，態度太差，馬桶有問題不出水，打掃衞生的阿姨竟然説，廁所都是有水的，不可能沒水，意思讓我們住着用，但是誰能忍受住，上完廁所不沖廁所呢，還是兇巴巴，不耐煩的語氣告知我們的，一點點服務的態度都沒有，一副給人的感覺，就像住到她們家裡似的。這也是我第一次住酒店碰見的服務態度最差的一家，真心建議，不要入住。我們是出錢入住，還要看服務人員的臉色，體驗感太差，瞬間讓人心情都不好了。
