The environment is great, and the breakfast is quite good with a rich variety. The bedding is comfortable, and the pool is clean. The service is decent. The pool water temperature is just right, with both hot and cold pools available. It would be even better if there were some water play facilities for children.

The room facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. The hotel is generally family-friendly, so all the amenities are great for kids. There's a dedicated playground and a swimming pool where they can have fun. The staff were also very friendly. Feather at the front desk made check-in super smooth and provided all the necessary information about dining options at the hotel. It was a really good stay.

On the third night of the ***** New Year, the duty manager responded promptly in the late hours. They handled the issue with a great attitude, effective solutions, and strong capability, which really shows the hotel's operational standards are high and their hospitality is genuine. I'd definitely come back again!

Cindy was incredibly warm and professional, making our stay an amazing experience! She patiently answered all our questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. Not only did she proactively recommend local dining spots, but she also helped us get a room upgrade. Her attention to detail was exceptional. A special shout-out to Xu Yali at the front desk; she was incredibly responsive to all my requests during my stay, providing an excellent experience. Booked a kids' room for the October holiday. The room was spacious, and we had a great rest. Excellent value for money, elegant environment, simple yet stylish decor with tasteful colors. The hotel environment is great! What impressed me most was the front desk staff, I think her name was Peng Beibei. Her service attitude was exceptionally good! She's a very enthusiastic young lady; when I forgot my room card, she even proactively went to the elevator to swipe it for me. It really shows the kind of service awareness and enthusiasm needed in the service industry today. I hope your hotel continues to thrive! (I wanted to leave a good review for this helpful front desk lady, but I didn't take any photos at the hotel, so I uploaded a picture from a concert instead.)

The service was great! They proactively upgraded our room and even gave toys to our two kids. The hotel breakfast was extensive, though the replenishment of some dishes was a bit slow. The pool area was fantastic, with both adult and children's pools, which my wife and kids absolutely loved. There's also a ball pit area, which, while small, was better than nothing and kept the kids happy. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, so we mostly relied on taxis to get around. Overall, we were satisfied and would consider staying here again on our next visit to Hefei.
