I booked the Yunshu, room F02, and I highly recommend this room type. The location is absolutely perfect, right above the Meili road sign. Personally, I think the view of the snow-capped mountains from the room is even better than from the Feilai Temple viewing platform downstairs. The floor-to-ceiling window next to the sofa in the room directly faces the Shennü Peak, and you can also see Kawagebo, though unfortunately, the weather wasn't good on the day I was there, so I missed out on that. The room also provides a tripod, which you can set up on the balcony for photos. The afternoon tea was also great; I absolutely loved the sour tamarind iced Americano. We also had dinner on the first floor (basement), and the food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were all very friendly and even gave us a special souvenir, a cute little cup, when we left. It's a shame we didn't get to see the 'golden mountains in the sun' due to the weather. I've been wanting to visit Ji Xia Shan for five years, and I absolutely love the overall design style. It was just as I imagined, and the service was incredibly warm; everyone was smiling and friendly. The rooftop bar has little notebooks where you can write your own stories and read others' thoughts. It's a shame that it was foggy these past few days so I couldn't see the magnificent snow-capped mountains, but I look forward to seeing them next time.

This is a typical Tibetan-style guesthouse, built by the river. The hygiene and facilities are quite good. The owner warmly invited us to have dinner with them; the owner's wife's homemade chili sauce was delicious. However, to be fair, the small road leading from the main road to the guesthouse passes through a sand quarry and has a significant elevation difference, which is inconvenient. It's recommended that you contact the owner before you arrive to see if you can park on the main road and then take the small road down.

Our night in Benzilan was made absolutely perfect thanks to the Xilin Yuan Nada Mountain Inn. We arrived in the evening, driving up the mountain road, and the further we went, the more tranquil it became. The inn's courtyard is beautifully maintained, and the room windows offer stunning views of the continuous mountain range, making you feel as though the entire world has quieted down. The owner is incredibly kind. Not only did he recommend some local delicacies, but he also offered to wash our clothes for us. This kind of thoughtful service truly makes you feel so welcome and warm. This is an inn that makes you want to return. Next time I'm in Benzilan, I'll definitely stay here again!

First, the hotel's location is excellent. You can easily enjoy a breathtaking view of the golden sunrise over the mountains if the weather permits. Second, the service is superb, with staff always ready to help. The front desk lady greeted us as soon as our car arrived and proactively assisted with our luggage. The butler was also very enthusiastic and polite when delivering items. Third, the recommended driver was excellent and reliable, making our outings smooth and enjoyable. Fourth, the facilities are great. We stayed for two nights and appreciated the oxygen supply, which made our stay very comfortable.

I stayed at the Meili Podu, hoping to witness the sunrise over the thirteen peaks of Meili Snow Mountain... but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It was rainy for days, and a thick fog enveloped the peaks, preventing me from seeing the magnificent sight of Meili's thirteen peaks! The hotel faces the snow mountain directly, so you can enjoy the 'golden mountain at sunrise' from your room if you're lucky enough to catch it. The hotel service was warm and attentive. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening desserts were all provided. Special mention goes to the breakfast, which was incredibly rich and exquisitely prepared. On the second morning, there was also a butter lamp lighting ceremony for blessings. The hotel's location is unbeatable, truly the best for viewing the snow mountain's 'golden sunrise'.

This was such a stunning hotel! About 3 hours from Shangri-La town. The hotel offered uninterrupted views of the MeiLi Snow mountains which was so upclose and beautiful. Not many other hotels in the vicinity so it was it was peaceful stay. On the day of arrival, the hotel offered us afternoon tea and snacks paired with coffee made by their staff. The rooms were spacious with heating and oxygen supply. The bathrooms were modern and well lit. The breakfast was great too. The hotel does not offer dinner but they arranged transport for us to be taken to a beautiful restaurant nearby. The staff shared useful information about transport services with us and was always so pleasant. I would heartily recommend this place to others.

Getting to the hotel requires turning off National Highway 214 onto a village road, which was completely dark at night. At that moment, I regretted booking this place. However, after driving down that small road for about 5 minutes, we finally arrived, and I immediately felt that my choice was actually a good one. Once we entered the room, my worries completely disappeared! The room felt like a 4-star standard and, thankfully, was smoke-free. Even better, each room had a copy of the 'Brief Introduction to Diqing Prefecture,' a very professional, detailed, and comprehensive book that helps you quickly and systematically understand the area. The hotel restaurant's food was good (though a bit salty for us southerners). The prices weren't cheap, around 50 RMB per person, but given the generous portions, I wouldn't say it was expensive. The main benefit was not having to go out to eat, which saved time and effort. The hotel's environment and ambiance were perfect; it truly felt like a manor. I heard it used to be a vineyard that later upgraded to tourism services. Because it's far from the town and main road, it's incredibly quiet, and you can even see the peak of Meili Snow Mountain directly from here.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. The room provides a great view of the mountains with floor to ceiling windows and everything in the room, including the bed, chairs, clothes rack and bathroom, are well-maintained and clean. The room provides a sense of luxury and cleanliness during your getaway to this village. The location is excellent, as you are one of the first, if not the first accommodation facing the mountains, so the view is excellent. It is in a great location for exploring upper yubeng and the glacier lake. What made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service we received by the owner and staff whilst we stayed here. The lady provided us with everything we needed to know during our stay in yubeng, including sunrise times, and answered any and every question we had about yubeng as a whole. They provided an atmosphere that was very welcoming and it really does feel like I was invited to stay at their home. They provided free water and free laundry service, as well as free use of hiking poles for our hikes. The breakfast included was excellent and was different for each day we stayed, and they provide you with a free lunch pack to take on your hike, which was a nice gesture which we appreciated. Additionally, everyone here speaks both mandarin and cantonese, so if you're travelling from Guangdong or Hong Kong and would like to feel at home, this is the perfect place to be. Overall, this was an amazing accommodation to stay at due to the amazing service, location and facilities and the owner and her family really do treat you like family. I would highly recommend staying here, and if I ever come back to yubeng, I will definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic, super easy to get around, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The place itself is spotless, and the common areas have a relaxed and comfortable vibe. The beds are clean and odor-free, and the washing facilities are comprehensive. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, and the service is excellent. This place offers amazing value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely be back!
