The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in China. Satisfied with their rooms, cleanliness, service, food and hospitality.

Lovely hotel with great views of the snow mountain. Refillable snacks in the room, with afternoon tea in the bistro upstairs and various other activities like live music and movie screening. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs (rice noodles + small buffet selection) has awesome views of the mountain too. Room is clean but there are signs of wear and some stray hairs from previous guest.

A beautiful, design-focused hotel offering panoramic views of Meili Snow Mountain from the room’s balcony. The bathroom is a bit small in the room. But I really enjoyed having hotpot dinner at their restaurant while taking in the mountain views. The observatory deck is right across the hotel.

Highly recommended staying here. The view of the mountain is just opposite the hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Great service and very comfortable stay. Supplemental hiking gears are provided for loan. Room with superb view and great breakfast and desserts at night.

The service is super nice, they have pick up service from Deqin tunnel to the hotel. Hosts are friendly who ask whether you need help often. The location is sick, you can directly see the snow mountain from the balcony. That would save loads of energy going out and back. Amenities are clean, making us feel comfortable staying. One point to note, their food is so nice, not expecting to have these qualitied meals up the hill.

We stayed here for three nights whilst exploring upper Yubeng and doing some of the hikes. The location is great with some good panoramic views of the mountains. Sunset and sunrise are both amazing from here! The service was good, friendly staff and kind people. The room is fine! We had a heater which helped a lot for the cold nights. We didn't like the disposable towels, such a waste! Also the room wasn't cleaned once in our three nights and we had to keep asking for toilet paper/towels ourselves. Apart from that everything was fine. Good vegetarian food too:)

The hotel is really near with the bus stop, really convenient. The ameneties are of good quality and the best part is they have mats so the room can keep dry which really rare to have it in china's accommodation. The host and staff are also helpful, thank you!

(Forigners) Our stay was niceoverall. The locations is good although not really in the middle of the village where all the restaurants are. Awesome views from the room and from the balcony (photos attached). Nice home owner.

I stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. The room provides a great view of the mountains with floor to ceiling windows and everything in the room, including the bed, chairs, clothes rack and bathroom, are well-maintained and clean. The room provides a sense of luxury and cleanliness during your getaway to this village. The location is excellent, as you are one of the first, if not the first accommodation facing the mountains, so the view is excellent. It is in a great location for exploring upper yubeng and the glacier lake. What made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service we received by the owner and staff whilst we stayed here. The lady provided us with everything we needed to know during our stay in yubeng, including sunrise times, and answered any and every question we had about yubeng as a whole. They provided an atmosphere that was very welcoming and it really does feel like I was invited to stay at their home. They provided free water and free laundry service, as well as free use of hiking poles for our hikes. The breakfast included was excellent and was different for each day we stayed, and they provide you with a free lunch pack to take on your hike, which was a nice gesture which we appreciated. Additionally, everyone here speaks both mandarin and cantonese, so if you're travelling from Guangdong or Hong Kong and would like to feel at home, this is the perfect place to be. Overall, this was an amazing accommodation to stay at due to the amazing service, location and facilities and the owner and her family really do treat you like family. I would highly recommend staying here, and if I ever come back to yubeng, I will definitely stay here again!
