Yujian Mountain Snow Mountain Homestay

The room is spacious and very comfortable, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it! You can see three sides of the snow-capped mountains right from your room, and the balcony is lovely. The service is excellent, and the views are truly stunning! The photos are exactly what you get!

The room was spotless, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely stunning. Every time I dragged my tired body back to the clean, tidy, and warm room and saw the beautiful scenery outside, I'd think, 'Forget hiking tomorrow, just staying in the room all day would be great too!' 😂😂😂 The owner is incredibly thoughtful and considers every detail. They provide free snow gaiters and crampons, and even oranges grown by the auntie herself. It's just a short walk from where you get off the car, so it's not too tiring, but it also saves you a climb when heading to Ice Lake. It's truly the best of both worlds. Even more surprising was the food! After a long day, I didn't want to go out to eat, so I went to the hotel restaurant just to grab a bite, but it completely exceeded my expectations! The only regret is that the room was originally supposed to have a direct view of the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' in the morning, but it rained for three days straight in Yubeng, so I didn't get to see it. I'll definitely come back to Yujian Mountain next time to make up for it.

The views from Upper Yubeng are incredible! At 7:10 AM, I opened the curtains and saw the sun illuminating the 'Golden Mountain' (referring to the Meili Snow Mountain's peak). The dinner was delicious; it was raining outside, so a bowl of matsutake chicken soup was wonderfully warming. The guesthouse also offers free crampons and trekking poles for rent, which is very convenient. They even have a laundry room and dryer. The guy at the front desk was super nice; he even cooked me congee for dinner, provided Smecta and oxygen, and reminded me to drink more hot water.

A healing trip, thanks to the 'sun-kissed golden mountains'! The guesthouse's location is superb, directly facing the snow-capped peaks, and the facilities are complete. The bedding is comfortable, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located near the entrance of Shangcun Village, and all the facilities are new. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. They proactively called to ask about my arrival time and even added me on WeChat to send precise location details and travel information. All the rooms offer full snow mountain views, which is fantastic for watching the 'Golden Summit of the Sun' phenomenon right from your room.
