Five stars across the board! Excellent location, fantastic pool and spa, and a courteous, attentive staff. I had a wonderful birthday celebration in Yerevan. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade and a delicious cake as a birthday treat. It was a delightful surprise that made my birthday truly special.

The hotel staff has a very good attitude. They are not only friendly and polite, but also let us check-in early. In addition, the hotel room is also very clean and well-maintained. In summary, the cost performance is very high! 

+ location (center) + 5 mins walk from the bus station from airport (100 bus - last station) + shop 24/7 food and drinks + around there’re a lot of shops + money exchange inside the shop + very helpful workers + free upgrade room (thx men on reception, you’re the best) + water (2 bottles / every day) - swimming pool: you have but you don’t have!!!!!wtf you need a cap, so stupid. Can’t use it!!!!! - Soviet Union hotel :) be ready for it, carpet on the floor from that times)))))))

Excellent hotel in the city center. The pedestrian street is just across the building, cafes are 200m away, supermarkets are nearby, and Republic Square is 900m away. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, the shower is great. Everything is top-notch, I recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

The room is not bad, the location is very convenient, very close to the cathedral. There is a Carrefour opposite the cathedral, there is foodetory in the mall next to it, and there is a city yerevan supermarket very close, which is very convenient. It is about 2km walk from the train station and about 1.5km walk from the Republic Square. Breakfast is also quite rich. The disadvantage is that there are too few plugs in the room. . .

We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive. All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
