Conveniently located right in the city center, yet the area is incredibly quiet. The rooms are charming, everything is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and even treated us to pastries and coffee. What really touched me was the handwritten farewell letter left on our last day before check-out. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful location. Center, everything in step availability, but the TK hotel is located in the palace - very quiet! Very cheerful staff, good basic breakfasts. In the rooms warm, stable hot water. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water a day. Good, daily cleaning! Possible minus: you can't get a taxi directly to the hotel, TK entry into the yard is fenced with a slugbaum. But, to go 100 meters, it doesn't make it difficult!

Kantar Hostel in Yerevan is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money! Its location is superb – you can walk to Republic Square, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spotless, the bunks have privacy curtains, and the individual password-protected lockers give you real peace of mind. The common areas are spacious, the WiFi is stable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection of hot food and fruit, honestly better than many hotels. The front desk staff are warm and patient, always ready to help with directions or store your luggage. Card access for the elevator ensures great security. This is definitely my top choice for backpackers; I'll be staying here again next time!

Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

Excellent spot for a layover! I booked for one night, checked in at 10:30 PM and checked out at 12:00 PM. The staff were very kind, everything was clean, and the bedding was fresh. They even offered me a large bath towel completely free of charge! There's a separate shower and restroom for women. The kitchen is large and convenient. I highly recommend it! It's a great location, right in the city center. The bus stop is right by the road. I got here from the airport on the 201 bus for 300 local currency in just 25 minutes! Fantastic! There are banks and ASA stores nearby.

Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
