As soon as I got out of the taxi, I took all my belongings and went to the reception.
Check-in was also earlier than scheduled.
In addition, they moved all my luggage to my room! I have plenty of flight time left.

During my recent visit to Yerevan just before the New Year Eve of 2023, I had the opportunity to stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. Here's an honest review of my experience: 1. Reasonably Large Triple Rooms 2. Outdated Decorations 3. The elevators at Ani Plaza Hotel are noticeably small. This can be inconvenient, particularly during peak times when guests with luggage or larger groups are trying to use them. 4. A significant drawback of my stay was the absence of housekeeping services. This meant that our rooms were not cleaned, and we did not receive fresh towels during our stay. 5. When we approached the reception counter to request towels due to the lack of housekeeping, the staff member was unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, they simply directed us to call room service from our room.

This is an old (run-down) hotel from the Soviet times. Small rooms, old carpets and furniture. You can hear everything what your neighbors do. The bathroom has a smell. The staff at the reception were rude. I do not recommend this hotel. Bad experience

The front desk staff was great. I arrived early and they went out of their way to get a room cleaned so I could check in early. The breakfast is great - there are so many choices. The only negative is that the breakfast room does not open until 8:00am. When the hotel is full you can not find a table because everyone comes at 8:00am. It would be nice if the breakfast time has an earlier start time.

we booked this hotel for 5 nights. the location was perfect. just close to all tourist walking destination. staff very nice and friendly. we got big room and room service cleaning also perfect. breakfast lounge always busy and hard to find a table and tables mostly left un clean . the pool request us a hair cap in order to use and we did not know this in advance, so people must pay for this also.

It is an OK hotel to stay. But for sure i won’t reserve it for my next trip. There are many luxury hotels in the area and about the same price.
