The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfy. The only minus was I didn’t find toothbrush in the bathroom.

You wake up in this hotel to the sound of trembling furniture from subway trains and the sounds of construction equipment outside the window

The hotel is perfectly located - a 3-minute walk from the Republic Square and the vernissage. Comfortable beds and pillows for a great night's sleep.
Nuances: view of the construction site, breakfasts are rather meager (for example, there are only boiled eggs - there are no others). There was a constant feeling in the room that it was dripping from the ceiling (the sound of drops was constantly present).

Отличное расположение. Качественный сервис, доброжелательность. В номере все необходимое (холодильник, сейф, телефон, шампунь, гель для душа, чайник, бутылочная вода. Приехал поздно ночью- заселили моментально.

The hotel is a 2.5 to 3 star ,older hotel but very clean , staff were wonderful and most accommodating , breakfast was excellent . Great variety ! Location was excellent , one block from Republic Square . I will definitely stay there again if the situation arises !
