Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

Definitely recommend! We stayed for 2 nights. Great location! We walked all around the city center. The Cascade is just 10 minutes away. Nearby, there's a delicious restaurant with local cuisine called ”Tavern Yerevan.” I also recommend Lavash restaurant (in the city center). Upon arrival, a friendly doorman greets you, opens the doors, helps with your luggage, and escorts you to the reception. The accommodating front desk staff checks you in. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a higher category room. We stayed in room 802. It was a very spacious room, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. And what a view from the windows! Mount Ararat was right there, as clear as day! I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs with meat and tomatoes. You can also ask for an omelet or fried eggs. The coffee was delicious.

The location is fantastic. There are all sorts of restaurants right downstairs, and it's super convenient to get to other places.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Not only is it brand new, but the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. They even have an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi – can you believe it? The hot water supply is plentiful, the air conditioning is powerful, and the beds are soft and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant, and parking is super convenient, making it perfect for road trippers and motorcycle travelers. The parking lot is huge with 24-hour security, unlike city-center hotels where parking is impossible and prices are exorbitant. I honestly didn't expect this hotel to be such a hidden gem. The owner is incredibly nice, and the staff are very friendly and approachable. The view from the room window is beautiful, with direct sight of the snowy mountains. Plus, every room has a small balcony, which is a huge plus for guests who need to do laundry – you can dry your clothes right there, making it so convenient to come back after a day out and find them dry. I truly can't find enough words to describe this hotel; you really have to experience it for yourself to understand what I'm talking about.

1. The location is east of the core area, about a fifteen-minute walk to the square. 2. Pros: Clean and tidy, a balcony is a great plus, and the front desk staff were very friendly. 3. Cons: The facilities are mediocre. There was no soap or razor, and bath towels were sometimes not replenished promptly. The disposable toothbrushes and tissue paper were of average quality. Overall, the facilities don't quite meet a four-star hotel standard. The restaurant didn't have milk, which was a significant drawback.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Yerevan (we were attending friends' wedding). We absolutely loved the hotel. It's spacious, with large rooms, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and generous, functional bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. The city view is magnificent! All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, and Vernissage is right next to the hotel – super convenient. We were given the highest floor (9th), which was a lovely surprise as they accommodated our request. They also granted our late checkout request for an extra hour, completely free of charge. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and explore the city before our flight. Our room included breakfast, and we were very happy with it. All the food and dishes on offer were delicious; there's something for everyone. The reception and lobby areas are beyond praise. We didn't use the pool, but we did notice the presence of a lifeguard, which was a pleasant surprise, and all guests were wearing swimming caps. On the ground floor, there's a wonderful beauty salon that I must mention! The staff were incredibly friendly! They did my hair and makeup for the wedding, and even touched up my hairstyle after we returned from the church. All of this was super affordable, and the quality and service were impressive! The lobby is a very pleasant place to be – spacious, with comfortable sofas and lots of light. It's a great spot to sit and relax, especially when it's hot outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan! It offers excellent value for money.

Very enjoyed the hotel! Clean, beautiful, comfortable. There were very attentive people, Anna, Anna and Arsene on the recipe. Special thanks to Anna for the care and attention, we left very early and she gathered breakfast on the way. Very pleasant. Another boy at the entrance of Gevorg has been very helpful in everything. Thanks to all the staff of this beautiful hotel. Let's come back here again and enjoy all your services with pleasure! We were transit, didn't manage to use either the pool or the sauna, the next time it is necessary to arrive on 3 days.

Positives: The room was beautiful and cozy, and the outdoor pool was great. Inside, the spa was amazing, though the hammam had a damp dog smell. The ladies at the reception were lovely, as was the guy who checked me in (May 26th, 10-11 PM). On the second day, a different man at the front desk was extremely unhelpful when I asked for an extra chair for my room. He suggested I go get it from the lobby myself. I find this level of service unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star. Negatives: They use too much oil when cooking omelets; my stomach was not pleased. Also, there was no fish, like lightly salted trout, available for breakfast. All issues were resolved in the end (the chair was eventually brought to my room). We'll likely stay here again next time. The price-quality ratio is fair.
