"The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc."

"We booked this hotel for our trip to Yerevan (we were attending friends' wedding). We absolutely loved the hotel. It's spacious, with large rooms, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and generous, functional bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. The city view is magnificent! All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, and Vernissage is right next to the hotel – super convenient. We were given the highest floor (9th), which was a lovely surprise as they accommodated our request. They also granted our late checkout request for an extra hour, completely free of charge. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and explore the city before our flight. Our room included breakfast, and we were very happy with it. All the food and dishes on offer were delicious; there's something for everyone. The reception and lobby areas are beyond praise. We didn't use the pool, but we did notice the presence of a lifeguard, which was a pleasant surprise, and all guests were wearing swimming caps. On the ground floor, there's a wonderful beauty salon that I must mention! The staff were incredibly friendly! They did my hair and makeup for the wedding, and even touched up my hairstyle after we returned from the church. All of this was super affordable, and the quality and service were impressive! The lobby is a very pleasant place to be – spacious, with comfortable sofas and lots of light. It's a great spot to sit and relax, especially when it's hot outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan! It offers excellent value for money."

"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions and transport links. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved some minor issues I had. The room was reasonably comfortable, although the walls were very thin making it noisy. The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet. Overall I think it's a good choice for short stays of one or two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer."

"Very disappointing. It's just like a budget hotel in China. The room was extremely small. Because all the surrounding hotels were oversized, I only booked two nights at the last minute and will never stay here again. The only advantage is the location; it's near Republic Square, and hotels in the area are not cheap, but this hotel was also expensive, making it poor value for money."

"A wonderful hotel! Very well-equipped with a great design. The hotel is new, so a couple of small things were missing in the room: a soap dish, an ottoman, and a panel with hooks by the entrance. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The mattresses were very comfortable, the towels were high quality, and it was clean. I really liked the decor on the ground floor; there was always a fresh bouquet of roses at the reception, and it smelled amazing!"

"I stayed in this hotel for a week, extending the rent twice, more than some other guests, so I can tell everything in fact. The hotel was very enjoyed first of all that everything is new and clean as I love. White towels, coats, bedding, everything without yellow and spots. New repair, air conditioner works well, there is a pool where you can lie down and burn in hot weather.
