It's located practically on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter – rather, it's set back through an archway into a quieter courtyard. The staff are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are out of this world: they have absolutely everything and it's all of very high quality – fresh juices, champagne, cheeses, and cold cuts. They can also prepare eggs Benedict with salmon or a traditional Armenian omelet with tomatoes upon request. There are desserts, local cuisine, and delicious Movenpick bean coffee. The waiters and managers bring everything and explain it all. Perfect. The rooms are large, new, and stylish. The staff speak both Russian and English. We forgot a bag in our room, and the staff helped us send it to another city via Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything."

"I received an apartment completely different from what was presented in the booking description. They was told that the room I booked was occupied. I was given a room that didn't even have a table. There is also a strong chemical smell from the toilet in the room, which gives me a headache and severe weakness. The hotel refused the request to recalculate the room rate, as well as noted that it could not fix the problems I discovered. This is not the kind of service that can cost $100 per day. if I had known, I would never have rented this hotel. So my recommendation avoids that hotel because it’s a SCAM!!!"

"This hotel has no handicap access at all. Everytime I entered or left the hotel, I required staff assistance . There are NO handrails at all. The hotel staff were friendly and always at your disposition. Rooms were often not cleaned until 5:00 PM. However Bathroom sink, shower and toilet were never cleaned in 10 days. They indicated that is only done upon room change, not provided for in the daily room service. The breakfast was average. Coffee machines often needed refilling. Coffee Luke warm. Some fruits were not ripe. No hot milk available. Pastries and cakes were obviously frozen and reheated. Restaurant often used frozen foods. Also often out of dishes indicated on the menu. Mediocre quality."

"This is a local water park. Since we didn't swim, I can't comment on the other facilities. The room isn't new, but it's large enough to be a small suite. The furniture is a bit old, but it's well maintained. It's good value for money, and the breakfast is okay. It's a bit far from the city center, so taxis are expensive. Everything else is okay."
