"Not bad location.There is a good food court within a five minute walk. Clear enough room. Very quick check-in/check-out process. But: no cleaning room service; very noisy (road noise, poor sound insulation); sometimes there is no hot water or it is lukewarm, it is impossible to take a shower (we stayed there in winter time); the room smells a bit like sewage; no teapots in the rooms"

"Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!"

"It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind."

"Отель выбрал случайно, нужно было поселится в этом районе, а времени на тщательное изучение не было. По итогу, лучше, чем можно было надеятся. Номер не маленький, месторасположение удачное, рядом пара хороших едален и круглосуточный exchange. Из минусов: неудобные, довольно узкие кровати и отсутствие элементарного чайника. Последнее объясняется, видимо, активным зазыванием на завтрак и обед во время заселения. Хороший середнячок, подходил для длительного проживания, особенно если спина не будет болеть от жёстких кушеток."

"A great hotel near the Republic Square. All the sights of Yerevan Center, shops, restaurants. The hotel is very pleasant, authentic old Yerevan building. Excellent rooms and service. Bar, restaurant, small swimming pool. Breakfast is quite diverse. Of the downsides : insufficient lighting for shaving in the bathroom( but this is a habitual thing) ."

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

VViacheslavThe hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything inside is very beautifully decorated. Excellent rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace from which you can see Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a little far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It takes 5-10 minutes and costs 200 rubles. There is also a metro station nearby. There is a good store across the road. You will not find any decent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can only go to the center. Or eat in the hotel itself. There is nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center cost at least twice as much.

Revolution Square, New Year's Fair. Also nearby are grocery stores and currency exchange offices.
Very tasty breakfasts. Buffet, almost every day they tried to cook a variety of dishes. Home-style, soulful ❤️
You could also cook lunch in the kitchen or cook your own.
The renovation in the room is a bit outdated, the walls were dirty in some places. There was an incomplete double bed, and 2 were pushed together with separate mattresses.
But the rooms were always clean, towels and bed linen were changed on time. True, fresh towels smelled strongly of bleach.
Honestly, for the sake of breakfasts we are ready to come back here again)

Такси предлагают вызвать, воду в дорогу дают, если вы идете в соседний ресторан, а на улице дождик, то и зонтик дадут на вечер. На завтраке есть все что надо. Единственный момент, матрас не двухспальный, а два односпальных, они разъезжаются, но так во всех отелях последнее время, так что все равно

OOMGitsJassyThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

MMinaThis was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.

GGato ChristianThe owner and staff were very kind. The hotel itself was great. However, the surrounding area was not so good. You have to be careful when walking on the roads near the hotel because cars drive at high speeds around corners with poor visibility. Also, there were some low-class people right next to the hotel who made fun of East Asians, which was very unpleasant.
