"The only plus is the beautiful view of the sea on the beach and a good sandy entrance to the sea, I didn’t like everything else, except for the service in the kitchen, the guys are great, it was nice to come there, there are no natural juices, yuppies and then, without taste, colored with water, the food was tasty, the choice is not big, but, as for a four-star hotel, it’s ok, but not for the price, 100 € per night, delivery to the beach 15 minutes, a small bus was back, from the beach, 25 minutes sat waiting, this is a huge minus, we were late for departure and the receptionist was not happy and could not hide this dissatisfaction, sighed, rolled his eyes, it was unpleasant, since it was not our fault that the delay was. The room that was initially given had a musty, moldy smell, very small, not what we booked, according to the photo 22 m2, they changed it to 29 m2, it was More decent, there were no toiletries, we went to this four-star for comparison, because the previous Jazys we were in were simply gorgeous, delightful, 5⭐️"

"From the get go on booking into the hotel, we were showed a selection of rooms and told to take our pick. Which resulted in an upgrade. We had a garden room which was huge with a very large terrace with Sunbeds and table and chairs. Our cleaner was amazing , every day we came back to an immaculate room and terrace together with the mist amazingly creative towel art., ranging from swans to elephants, dogs, snakes even people. Big shout out to George’s, Ashraf, Mustafa, Caroline, Mr Shenouda Mina and little Mina who remembered us and greeted us as old friends. You can clearly see that there has been a lot of work and investment in the hotel. Each time we come there is something new and very much improved. As for the location it’s only 10 minutes from the airport. You can walk to Naama Bay but a taxi will only cost you £2 Taxi to Old Sharm £3."

"A great place to stay with access to different restaurants for dinner - bookable with customer services as it can get busy. Done if the restaurants are in the hotel next door, also including the spa which was great but take in mind that the next door hotel is not adults only so some children around at meal times. Staff and chef’s were lovely, mostly very helpful. Good was fantastic! A good range at breakfast and lunch. Definitely worth going all inclusive. The beach area is nice, lots of beds available and helpful staff. Lots of activities throughout the day but mainly Italian and Russian guests but staff do speak English. Only down side is the cost to get into the main Nama Bay Area, they don’t allow Uber and unofficially inDrive so the taxis try to over charge tourists which is bad and the hotel taxi service is pretty much the same 😓 As we live in Egypt we know the real price of a taxi 🫢"

"The view from the hotel is superb. The beach has a nice set up where it is easy to get a towel and find a chair. It was easy to just walk out the end of the pier and snorkel. The water was clear and the reef was vibrant with colorful corals and fish. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to assist with any questions. I would recommend that everyone include dinner when they book their reservation. There are only two main restaurants to eat at which both open at 7 pm. The main restaurant does not offer an ala carte menu so the only option is to choose the buffet. It is a great place to go if you want to escape for the weekend to have some peace and quiet."

"Highly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…"
