Great location, directly at the beach with crystal clear water. Several options to enjoy the beach available. Rooms are a bit older. It’s quite hard to find restaurants outside the hotel in walking distance, especially for lunch there is only one restaurant inside the hotel open, if u didn’t book all inclusive, with very limited options.

Everything was really beautiful. I strongly recommend the hotel. We had to stay in another hotel on the Shark Bay side for the same prices. By far a great hotel. Especially the food was great. A different concept every day, with a variety to suit every palate, leaving its taste on our palate.
As for the employees, they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the interior decoration of the hotel was old, it was really sparkling. He has an incredibly hardworking team. On the first day, one of the cabinet doors fell off, we closed the door and forgot to mention it. It was repaired when we came from breakfast the next day.
The disadvantage for families with children is that there is no beach if you like the sea. You enter from the pier and since we went in October it was a bit choppy. They have free shuttles to the city center every evening. On the way back, it provides the opportunity to return every hour up to 12 hours. It is a good option since taxis are extremely expensive. It is an incredibly peaceful and quiet hotel. A perfect price performance hotel.

The accommodation was comfortable. The only thing is that they did not allow food to be used in the hotel after check-out. In other hotels, the room is handed over until the flight time and you can benefit from the food facilities.

CONS:
lots of stairs if you have mobility issues for beach area.
£1.59 for quality ice cream even though we were premier all inclusive customers
beach towels are chargeable ($50 ) if mislaid or left accidentally somewhere- its ridiculous
wifi is 9.7 mbps which is very poor
only TWO useful sockets in rooms - inadequate
taxi service from hotel lobby, RIP-OFF

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Some of the staff are very warm and welcoming. In particular the staff at Le Scogliera oriental restaurant.
The diving centre is excellent and our instructor Hamiz was simply amazing!
The reason I gave it four stars overall is because the rooms are quite dated for a five star rated resort.
Also only two swimming pools which makes it tricky to find empty pool chairs due to limited capacity.
The food was very good but the lunch menus at the buffet felt a little repetitive. A special mention for the superb spread on Christmas eve.
Location is fantastic and walkable from Naama Bay.

Average resort with bad taste in music and decor. Quite pedestrian. Restaurants don't belong into a "five star" resort. Very comfortable for diving and snorkling.
