The overall ambience of the resort was relaxing and inviting, and the facilities were well maintained and enjoyable for a time of family fun. Waking up to that breathtaking vista of the Andaman Sea was really awesome and something we will never forget. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was so helpful, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. We would like to give a special mention to Asri at the Beach Grill. He is such a nice and wonderful person. We felt so comfortable and grateful to talk with him; his service went far beyond just taking our order. He shared so many funny stories and insights about Langkawi, its culture, and its beautiful nature. He has a fantastic sense of humour and a real passion for the island, which made our meals there not just delicious, but truly memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel.
