Aloft by Marriott Langkawi Pantai Tengah

I recently stayed at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Langkawi International Airport and only around 5 minutes away from the popular Pantai Cenang area, making it convenient while still being away from the busy crowds. Check-in was smooth and fast, and there is plenty of parking available for guests. I would highly recommend renting a car when staying here as it makes exploring the island much easier. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. One thing that stood out was the bathroom, which was surprisingly large compared to most hotels. The hotel facilities are excellent too. There is a nice swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a kids' playroom on the third floor, making it suitable for both couples and families. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. There was a good variety of food, including both local Malaysian dishes and Western options, so there was something for everyone. On the ground floor, there is a Starbucks for coffee lovers, as well as the hotel's bar and lounge where guests can relax in the evening. A pool table is also available for those looking for some entertainment. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, Pantai Tengah is only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel even provides a complimentary buggy service to take guests there. Personally, I preferred Pantai Tengah over Pantai Cenang because it is much less crowded, quieter, and more relaxing. It is a great place to enjoy the beach, especially if you want to avoid the busy tourist crowds. Overall, Aloft Langkawi offers a great combination of comfort, modern facilities, good food, and a convenient location. It is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Langkawi, whether for a family holiday, a couple's getaway, or a relaxing staycation.

It’s very cool weather here, hotel people were very Corporative, morning breakfast was really really amazing, value to money, front desk person was very very friendly, 10/10 in my books, fully recommend

Location is good..walkable to nearest beach they even provide buggy transfer to the beach. Room is ok smells good when u enter the room. Our room facing straight to the beach and swimming pool. Decent breakfast choice

The staff were well-trained, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent service and took great care of every guest. The view from our room's balcony was absolutely superb! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Langkawi. ＜3

We had a wonderful stay at the Aloft. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach or you can also use the free shuttle provided by the hotel. The beach was beautiful and perfect for children to play and enjoy some fun in the sun. The buffet breakfast was very good, with an excellent variety of choices. I particularly enjoyed the coffee from the coffee machine each morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Stayed with my kids, unfortunately we stayed on a different floor despite sharing the request due to the holiday season. The pool is nice, the hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the location is great though we have a car (free parking).

Location and service was 10/10. They even have a cute buggy service to and from the beach. Breakfast was decent but not great. Overall it was fairly clean but we found a long strand of hair on the bed tucked nicely under the covers (only when we pulled back the covers to sleep at night did we realise) so that was not very pleasant. Gym and pool were good too! Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here.
