Goldsands Hotel Langkawi

It is a great experience to stay at the Hotel for 3 nights. The food was very good during breakfast and the cafe on the roof top is fantastic with very good food, beautiful views and friendly staff. Not to forget the Infinity Swimming Pool.

The hotel is quite easy to spot when arriving by car, which is convenient. The lobby looks nice and welcoming, and when we first entered the room, the facilities seemed good. However, our experience was disappointing. The kettle still contained water left by a previous guest, and there was hair in the bathtub, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The refrigerator was not working, and the TV could not connect to the internet. Even the phone was unable to connect to the WiFi. Most importantly, the balcony door and the cupboard were very difficult to open and close, which made our stay quite inconvenient.

There is very bad service. Nobody helps to take luggage, when entered the room room was full with bad smells and toilet seat was messed and pee on the top. They didn’t change bedsheets in my 5 days stay I requested so many times but they just ignored. Even my other two friends were there with their families they had same bad experience. It’s really bad service.

Room very clean and spacious. Very convenient location. Stunning views.

It is near from everything except beach. But you can watch the best sunset from rooftop. Room is big and staff are friendly.
