The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa

Service was excellent. Resort facilities well kept. The bed is great except the pillow was a little too soft. Overall was a superb experience and we will stay at Westin again on our next trip back to Langkawi.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers an impressive range of amenities. While the location is a little removed from the busier parts of Langkawi and there is not a great deal within walking distance, the resort more than makes up for it with everything available on site. Between the pools, beach, restaurants, gym, kids facilities, and activities, there is always something to do. A special thank you goes to the lovely auntie at the Kids Club. Our daughter absolutely loved spending time there and looked forward to visiting every day. Her warmth, care, and genuine affection for the children made a real difference to our holiday. Another standout was Tommy at breakfast. Every morning he greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. It is team members like Tommy who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one.

Great stay at The Westin Langkawi. Excellent breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Garden View connecting room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the long check-in queue, as voucher sales were handled at the same counter. A separate booth would make the process more efficient. The room was clean, although the pillowcases and towels occasionally had a slight damp smell. Dinner at Tide was fantastic, with delicious food and excellent service. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa. The location is gorgeous, and the ocean views from our room were genuinely breathtaking. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Two areas of feedback for the hotel team to consider: the water pressure on the bidet sprayer was very weak, and the room fan produces quite a bit of noise when in use. Neither issue spoiled our stay, and we would recommend the Westin to anyone visiting Langkawi. The staff were outstanding!

My second stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa after six years was still pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay enjoyable overall. During my first visit, I especially loved the breakfast variety and the fresh juices provided, which left a lasting impression. This time, the breakfast was decent, though I was a little disappointed that fresh juices were no longer available, as it was something I truly enjoyed previously. Overall, it was still a relaxing and nice stay.

In general a nice resort for a family stay. But I would say not worth the price. Firstly the beach are horrible in that area. Breakfast is so so, only good egg station, but the rest not that good. If you are a family then make sure you don’t stay near the lobby as the live music is loud until 23:00. But the staff are top
