I'm absolutely captivated by the design and service at Andaz Hotel! The lobby is elegant and stylish, with trendy design elements everywhere – perfect for snapping some great photos. It truly embodies the concept of a 'hidden gem in the city.' The room facilities are smart and thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a super comfortable central air conditioning system. There's even a reading bar in the public area, which is perfect for relaxing. When checking in, the front desk staff addressed me by name, and I could also borrow a charger. Any issues were resolved efficiently, making for a stay that felt both secure and comfortable. My experience was absolutely top-notch!

I drove to Lianyungang and saw that the location of this hotel is quite downtown, next to the court and procuratorate. Although it was opened in 2017, it is a bit old, but the service inside is excellent, very warm and enthusiastic.
Service: We are a family of four. The hotel upgraded our room and provided small slippers and small toothbrushes for the children. It was really considerate👍🏻Then they also provided breakfast coupons. I was very satisfied and the food was full. The categories were rich and varied.
Facilities: There is a small free bar in the room~ There are two bottles of water, two bottles of tea, a can of Coke, and two packs of biscuits🍪

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Sun at the front desk! Before we even checked in, she proactively arranged our room and even gave us a thoughtful upgrade, which truly made us foreign guests feel so welcome. During our stay, when we ordered takeout, a quick message to Sun on WeChat was all it took for it to be delivered promptly to our room – incredibly fast response times. Even at checkout, she was so kind, helping us call a taxi and even loading our luggage into it. Her service throughout was attentive and professional. The attention to detail was exceptional, and having staff like her definitely elevates the hotel experience. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room was great, spacious and clean, with a lovely view of a residential garden through the window, giving it a charming Suzhou feel. The front desk staff were very friendly and the facilities were complete, with everything you could need. Right opposite is Zhu Hongxing, an old Suzhou-style noodle shop that's delicious and affordable. It's also close to all the main attractions. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting Suzhou, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! The subway station is right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. Humble Administrator's Garden is also just a kilometer away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They help with luggage, and the fully automated smart features are very impressive. The robot food delivery also made me feel quite secure. Service attitude was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. When I returned, I found the room spotless, everything that needed changing was changed, and the floor was even mopped. Any issues were promptly resolved, leaving me with a truly great impression. I've already saved this hotel on Ctrip, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Suzhou!
On a side note, the steamed bun shop by the entrance is incredibly delicious. I really loved their buns, and the lady who runs it is also super nice! 🥰

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanyang Plaza, and Fuxing Road nearby is full of delicious food. The subway station isn't far either. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including smart toilets, offering incredible value for money. The service attitude is great, making it a perfect hotel for travelers.

This time I went to Nantong on a business trip. This hotel left a deep impression on me. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is considerate, and the breakfast is also rich. There is AEON shopping mall nearby, which is within walking distance. It is very convenient to eat. There is also a Hema mini downstairs. It will still be my first choice next time I go to Nantong.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They claimed it was renovated in 2019, but there are old and worn signs everywhere.
**Facilities:** The sink faucet hardware was old, scratched, and dirty. I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never seen anything this bad – not even in older hotels. There was even moss in the bathroom tile grout. Also, every time you turned on the tap, there was a loud 'whooshing' sound, like a boat starting up, especially at night – it was alarmingly loud. On the last day, it even started dripping and couldn't be shut off completely. Apparently, the guests in the next room also complained. The wooden closet doors were all scratched, and the floor carpets were dirty. The pillows were extremely soft and flat. Every night, when I turned on the lights, I could see lint-like dust flying around in the air. The heating was very strong; if you didn't open the window, the room could reach 28 degrees Celsius, which was too hot.
**Location:** They say it's in Xinjiekou, but it's actually a 300-meter walk to Metro Exit 14, and then another 500 meters from Exit 14 to the actual subway platform. It's a kilometer from Deji Plaza, so I'd say it's on the outskirts of Xinjiekou. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which is convenient.
**Service:** The attitude was mixed, some good, some bad. One girl at the front desk had a good service attitude, was smiling, and resolved issues quickly. The other male staff were just average. The person serving hot noodles at breakfast always had a sour face, as if I owed her money. Room service also lagged; one day they didn't replenish the amenity kit, and another day they didn't replenish the shower cap. The worst part was that I called for a shower cap, but it never arrived even after everyone had finished showering.
**Overall:** The entire hotel, from the renovation to maintenance to staff training and management, isn't great. I've stayed in so many hotels, and for an average of over 850 yuan per night, the value for money is very low. Breakfast was also just average, nothing special. Children over 1.4 meters tall have to pay the full price of 108 yuan, but the quality is comparable to a 48-yuan breakfast at an All Seasons or Atour hotel.

The hotel's room facilities, cleanliness, and service were all decent – nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine. We're not a picky family; as long as it's not dirty or noisy and everything works, we're happy. The biggest highlight is definitely the hotel's location. It's tucked away on a quiet side alley right off Nanqiang Street. Step outside and you're surrounded by all sorts of restaurants, big and small. Just a hundred meters away is the main pedestrian street, which is bustling and lively – you can shop and explore until the stores close. Yet, when you return to the hotel, it's incredibly quiet, unlike other places where staying right next to a historic pedestrian street can be really noisy. If I come back to Wuxi, I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dayoujing and is easy to find. There's also a small shopping mall downstairs. The hotel occupies floors 42 to 49; the entire building houses various hotels on different floors, which means there's a constant flow of diverse guests. The rooms with a view are decent; being on a high floor, you can get a glimpse of the city lights at night, though there isn't really a 'scenic' view to speak of. Hotel service was average. When I called the front desk for extra water, they informed me there's a hotel policy of only providing four bottles per day, which was not stated on the booking page. However, the room itself was clean and quiet, which was a definite plus.

GGuest UserI've stayed here several times, and it's always been an excellent experience. The ambiance, breakfast, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. My only suggestion is that providing complimentary welcome fruit for guests would add an even warmer and more thoughtful touch.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel because I wanted to try out this style, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience. The only minor drawback was that the location was a bit hard to find at first; after parking the car at the entrance of Pingjiang Road, we had to walk a distance, and the ground was uneven, which made it a bit challenging with luggage.
On the day of check-in, the front desk surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a bathtub, which was a really pleasant surprise. The front desk staff also had an excellent attitude, making us feel very well taken care of.
Additionally, upon check-in, thoughtful touches like small cookies, fruit, yogurt, and a welcome card were provided. These little details really enhanced the experience.
The only thing is that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't know how to operate it, or if it was designed that way. It would have been perfect if the lighting brightness could be adjusted.

LlwkengWe booked the family room with 2 king bed room for our whole trip in Nanjing and the hotel truly is not disappointing.
The hotel is very clean and close to the Laomendong attractions. All are within walking distance. Nearby attractions are also a lot and easily reachable in short distant. Food and restaurant is not a problem.
The room has all the amenities and most importantly free laundry service is available which is important for my family travel for longer days as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes.
The owner is friendly and provided suggestions to our places to visit as well. Breakfast is inclusive. Even though simple, good enough to start for the day without needing to look for food before going out.
Overall a good and pleasant experience with our stay.
GGuest UserLocated in the Science and Technology City of Suzhou High-tech Zone, the surrounding area integrates the elements of ”technology, landscape, and humanities” and is close to an artificial lake. The environment is quiet and suitable for vacation.
The hotel is close to Taihu Avenue and has convenient transportation, but the business atmosphere in the Science and Technology City area is relatively quiet, and you need to travel a short distance to nearby commercial entities.
With environmental protection, natural landscape and family-friendly facilities as its core advantages, Element Suzhou is suitable for tourists seeking a quiet vacation or a short business trip. Its kitchen configuration and parent-child services are particularly outstanding, but improvements need to be made in terms of spraying less air freshener and surrounding convenience.
MM224225****It's absolutely no surprise this B&B has been crowned the most beautiful in Zhouzhuang Ancient Town for several years running! The owner's design perfectly blends ancient charm with modern comfort; every single corner is a picturesque delight, offering endless photo opportunities. What truly touched my heart was the proprietress's exceptional kindness. She welcomed us with refreshing watermelon and snacks right when we arrived, and even had more thoughtfully prepared for us after a long day of exploring. The beautifully designed courtyard, complete with fish, turtles, and a swimming pool, adds so much character. It genuinely offers a unique and enchanting take on the classic beauty of a Jiangnan water town.

AAnan@The hotel's location is excellent, right next to two subway lines (1 and 2). The room was clean and quiet. I particularly recommend the hotel's mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and very kind to my old back – I slept like a log. The duvet thickness was also perfect; I don't like heavy blankets, so theirs was just right. With the AC on, I slept exceptionally well. They even provided two pillows, one thick and one medium, showing great thoughtfulness in the design. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was also a great feature.
I also have to recommend the breakfast. The beef toppings for the beef noodles were especially delicious – I even asked the server for a double portion of beef. The salted duck was also fragrant and savory, not too salty at all, and much better than the Xu Family duck I bought later. The service staff and cleaning aunties were all very kind and accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with my three nights and the breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just over 400 meters from the subway station, a 6-minute walk. It's right by the Confucius Temple, so it's very close to surrounding attractions, and getting around by subway or taxi is super convenient. The lady at the front desk who helped me check in was very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast had a rich variety, and in the evening, the restaurant offered congee, small pickles, and desserts. Great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.
MM619592****Very clean, beautifully decorated, just like a princess's house! Highly recommend. The first floor has everything, and the butler service is excellent. The slippers are thick-soled, and the hygiene is great. You can also cast your screen to the TV.
