We had a great stay in Suzhou at Andu Hotel. Friendly staff & the room is really comfortable. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby as well for breakdown & dinner , supper no problems as well ! It’s near to the attractions as well. Highly recommended ! Cleanliness all good and staff here is all super friendly 😉

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. UniPark is nearby, offering plenty of dining options. You can easily walk or take public transport directly to Shiquan Street for a pleasant city walk. Both bus stops and subway stations are conveniently close, and getting to Jinji Lake by metro is also very convenient. Suzhou University (Suda) is in the vicinity, making it a great option for families with high school-aged children. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They proactively called us beforehand to provide important travel tips. Any requests we had were promptly addressed. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully prepared cooling patches for the children and provided complimentary drinking water.

I chose the hotel for several days, and I was not disappointed. The hotel service is very warm and considerate. Wanda is opposite the hotel, with convenient transportation and eating. The parking lot is on the ground, and there are security uncles to help guide the direction. There are also free tea and snacks. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The lobby is very large, and there are also young ladies to help take the luggage to the room. The room is actually better than the photo, spacious and bright, clean and tidy. The windows are large, the lighting is very good, the Internet speed is very powerful, there is free mineral water, the layout is also very reasonable, the facilities are complete, there are voice intelligent control curtains and lights, and the desk is very suitable for business trips, convenient office work, the bed is very comfortable, the mattress is also very comfortable, and the sleep is also very quiet and not noisy at all. It is safe and comfortable to live. The breakfast is also rich, with many varieties and good taste. The staff is very enthusiastic and patient, and they greet us actively. There are also free warm suppers and chicken soup noodles in the evening. The front desk is also online 24 hours a day, and can help recommend and food with super patience. The price-performance ratio is really super high!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Deji Plaza, a prominent luxury shopping destination. It's also incredibly convenient to reach major department stores like Xinjiekou Department Store, Central Shopping Mall, and Grand Ocean Department Store. A great perk is being able to quickly return to your clean and comfortable room after grabbing a drink from one of the many popular milk tea shops nearby. Furthermore, Xinjiekou Station, a major interchange for Metro Lines 1 and 2, is conveniently located only 200 meters away. This prime access allows for direct 10-minute subway rides to key attractions like the Presidential Palace and Fuzimiao (Confucius Temple), taking all the hassle out of sightseeing planning.

My stay at Anshe Hotel was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the subway station. This made it super easy to explore Pingjiang Road and Guanqian Street for food and shopping, and also to visit iconic spots like the Suzhou Museum and the Humble Administrator's Garden. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were always proactive in helping us with any issues. The complimentary water and fan upon departure was a lovely and warm touch. The hotel boasts a beautiful Suzhou-style garden aesthetic, with tranquil water features and lush greenery. Our room was spotless, featuring smart voice control for lighting and curtains, a 100-inch projector, and a pressure-relieving mattress, providing both comfort and a modern, high-tech feel. Complimentary minibar drinks and the option to have the AC turned on before arrival show a great attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou!

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a five-minute drive. The airport shuttle was surprisingly uncrowded, almost like a private transfer, which was perfect for us as we had a lot of luggage. However, the driver who picked us up was quite unhelpful and didn't assist with our bags. Fortunately, the driver for our departure was very friendly, which made up for the initial disappointment. We also received welcome fruit and breakfast. Since we were traveling with a child, they even provided an extra breakfast for our little one, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast itself was just average, but the multigrain porridge was good. Overall, it was a good stay. However, if you are a light sleeper who is easily disturbed by noise, this might not be the place for you. Due to its close proximity to the airport, there's noise from planes taking off, which can continue until around 1 AM. On the positive side, taxis are very convenient. Even though we arrived quite late, we were able to catch a taxi to the Bali Night Market for dinner, which was less than a 15-minute drive away. This convenience was greatly appreciated. The taxi fare was around 20 RMB.

The room was incredibly spacious and offered fantastic value for money. It comes with a well-equipped kitchen (including a refrigerator), a washer, and a dryer, complete with individually packaged laundry detergent. The room boasts massive windows and was spotlessly clean. The keyless entry system was a very convenient feature. Service was excellent – you just message the concierge, and they promptly deliver whatever you need. Its location right above a subway station makes getting around incredibly easy.

I came to take the exam. The hotel has a good location, free parking, the hotel booked does not include breakfast, and Xiao Li at the front desk took the initiative to send a very plus point. The non-smoking floor is very quiet, the rest can not be disturbed, the experience is very good, and I will choose here if I have the opportunity in the future!

The hotel is perfectly situated right on Guanqian Street and is very easy to find. While the entrance may seem modest, stepping inside reveals a surprisingly spacious and charming interior. First and foremost, the room was exceptionally clean, with absolutely no dusty corners or overlooked spots. My mom, who has incredibly high standards for cleanliness, even commented on how spotless it was. The cleaning staff did a thorough job daily, always ensuring the floors were spotless. The room facilities were comprehensive and very convenient to use. The toiletries, all from the brand AFU, had a lovely fragrance. The hotel's front desk is located on the 6th floor, where you'll also find a laundry room and a microwave. What's more, the front desk offers a complimentary laundry service, washing and drying your clothes so you can simply pick them up after a day out. This was incredibly convenient and showed truly excellent service. The 6th floor also features a beautiful terrace and a charming indoor common area, which is particularly atmospheric and inviting during rainy weather. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

Staying at this garden-themed hotel felt like stepping into a living, breathing landscape painting! We had a bit of trouble getting in when we first arrived, but the staff were quick to come and assist us. The moment we stepped inside, a profound tranquility enveloped us. It truly captures the essence of a Jiangnan water town, with a new picturesque view at every turn. Koi fish gracefully greet you, and elegant pavilions and towers are nestled amidst lush greenery. In the morning, opening the window brings the delightful sound of birdsong. In the evening, we enjoyed leisurely strolls in the courtyard and explored Shantang Street – despite the crowds, it was wonderfully lively, and you can even enjoy boat rides! The room design also beautifully incorporates traditional Chinese elements, with intricate window lattice designs that perfectly harmonize with the Suzhou garden aesthetic. There's even a subtle hint of Republican era (Minguo) charm in the design, featuring predominantly wooden furnishings that lend a wonderful sense of timeless elegance. We had an incredibly comfortable stay, and it was a hit with both the seniors and the kids! 💕
