The room was fantastic – really spacious and spotless, and the automatic blackout curtains were a godsend. Every time I came back, the room smelled lovely. The shower and toilet were separate, and there was plenty of hot water. Even though it's in a busy area, it was pretty quiet with the windows closed. The air conditioning worked well too, cooling down the room quickly. The staff were all very welcoming, and breakfast was good. They even offered temporary umbrellas, which was a really thoughtful touch. The laundry room looked nice, but I didn't use it. It's great for tourism, but there's no desk in the room, so if you need to work, you'd have to move the coffee table to find a power outlet for your laptop. Overall, I'd give it 100 points! Directly across from the hotel is Coco Tea, which was super convenient when I was hot or thirsty. Taxis were easy to find, but the subway station (Yangyuxiang) was about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is also very close to Lingering Garden and MixC World.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Nantong. It's located in the business district, very close to the Nantong Sports Center, which is great if you're there for a concert. The area around it is quite lively. You can also explore the Langshan Scenic Area nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The only thing to be aware of is that getting a taxi in the business district on weekday mornings can be tough, so make sure to book one early. Both high-speed rail stations are a bit of a distance, and you could easily miss your train – I learned that the hard way!

The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the takeaway being delivered next door clearly in the room. The bathroom design is unreasonable. The toilet and bathroom share a door, and there is no door on the outside. Which genius came up with this? Do you have to go to the bathroom to get a towel after taking a shower? There is no door on the outside and it is so cold with ventilation on both sides. The sink was very low, the mirror was broken and not fixed, there were water stains on the shower head, and the room was overpriced for this price. Too average, 160 a night is about right ^_^

This Novotel Nanjing Central Suning, located in the Xinjiekou area, has a pretty good environment, in my opinion. It's right in the heart of the Xinjiekou central business district, very close to Central Shopping Mall and Xinbai Department Store. Suning Plaza is right next door, and Xinjiekou Impression City is directly across the street. The front desk upgraded my room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an excellent view. The room was quite spacious, with a corner sofa that's big enough to lie down on. Check-in and check-out were also quite fast. The surrounding area is very vibrant, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The laundry room and gym facilities are also great, and the bedding is comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the TV in the room was a bit small.

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Shilla Comfort Inn, a Samsung hotel, on its opening day. Transportation: The hotel is conveniently located next to an elevated expressway; in my experience, it's about a 15-minute drive from Yancheng Station. Room Amenities: The hotel's double room is approximately 40 square meters, with a minimalist style. It features a touch-screen central air conditioning, sliding doors, a full-length mirror, a sofa, and a small refrigerator – all the essentials you could need. Bathroom Space: Spacious, with a TOTO bathtub, separate wet and dry areas, a smart toilet, and a full set of L'Occitane toiletries. This is unmatched by hotels in the same class. The breakfast selection is diverse, with many Korean dishes to choose from. The gym has a full set of Technogym equipment, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Facilities: Well-equipped and modern. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location: Conveniently located. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. I didn't check in until almost midnight, after watching some football and having a late-night snack. I chose this hotel because I was heading to Dinosaur Park the next day. Getting to Dinosaur Park by taxi was super convenient, costing only about ten yuan, and the hotel's location was really easy to find. Even though it was a weekend, there were plenty of parking spaces available, which was a huge plus.

I stayed at Anshe Hotel in Suzhou for two nights and had a great experience! The hotel is very well located in Suzhou’s historic center, within walking distance of Pingjiang Road, one of the city’s most charming areas, known for its canals, traditional houses, tea shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. It is also close to Guanqian Street and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Before my arrival, I sent a message asking for recommendations on local attractions, and they responded promptly with useful suggestions. The hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay while spending most of their time exploring Suzhou. It does not offer facilities such as a restaurant, spa, or gym, but that was not an issue for me given its excellent location. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. The hotel was quiet despite being close to many attractions, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again!
