This hotel boasts a modern, minimalist style and is very clean. You can control things with voice commands, which is a nice touch. It's not far from the subway station, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. Shiquan Street and the Master of the Nets Garden are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel, plus an ALDI supermarket for groceries. When I checked in, they kindly upgraded me to a room with a window and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which was really helpful. They even gave me two small sachets when I checked out – highly recommend! 👍

The hotel's location is great, right next to a large shopping mall. Food delivery was incredibly fast; I ordered over 10 times in two days, and each time it arrived within 10 minutes. There's also a delivery locker in the lobby. Although the room felt a bit dated, it was clean, though the maintenance was just so-so. Downsides: When I checked in, the front desk told me the gym was closed for the Dragon Boat Festival. I found this unacceptable. A hotel gym being closed during a holiday, without prior notice, especially when prices are inflated for the holiday, means you're paying more but getting fewer services. I asked for a few extra bottles of water for the room, and the staff member who brought them over said, very impatiently, ”Didn't your room have water already?” (I've booked over 100 hotels on Ctrip, and this is the first time a staff member has had such an attitude when delivering water.) If they can no longer provide complimentary drinking water, I'm happy to buy it from the convenience store downstairs.

The hotel's overall ambiance is simple yet elegant, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. All facilities were complete and functional, with a separate wet/dry area in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. Room service was prompt, and breakfast offered a rich variety. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend it to anyone catching a train.

This hotel is a great business choice located in the Confucius Temple area, offering convenient transportation and close proximity to the subway, making it perfect for both business and sightseeing. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, allowing for uninterrupted work and rest. The rooms have excellent natural light, and the internet is stable. They also provide a full range of amenities including a tea room and conference rooms. The housekeeping standards are high, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The breakfast offers a complete selection of beverages and food. It perfectly balances travel convenience with a refined Chinese aesthetic, making for an excellent stay during business trips.

This was the second hotel I stayed at in Nantong. It's located in the business district, very close to the Nantong Sports Center, which is great if you're there for a concert. The area around it is quite lively. You can also explore the Langshan Scenic Area nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was decent. The only thing to be aware of is that getting a taxi in the business district on weekday mornings can be tough, so make sure to book one early. Both high-speed rail stations are a bit of a distance, and you could easily miss your train – I learned that the hard way!

My parents and their old friends had a delightful trip to Jiangnan! The front desk service was excellent and very attentive upon our arrival. The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to visit nearby gardens and charming artistic alleys. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was quiet and clean, so we felt completely at ease during our stay. It also happened to be Mother's Day, and the front desk lady (apologies, I didn't catch her name) not only helped sign for a delivery but also thoughtfully brought it to the room and took a picture for us! The lobby manager (apologies again, my family mentioned his name but I forgot) was also very enthusiastic, helping to recommend tourist routes and local delicacies for the elderly. Highly, highly recommend!

Much better than the online reviews suggested! The room had a great view and was very clean. The toiletries and cups were also quite thoughtfully designed. However, there was still a noticeable renovation smell; my lips started tingling a bit shortly after entering the room. So, I asked housekeeping to send up an air purifier. The 6th floor didn't have a strong odor, and I could see animals on the lawn. The best part was the drying rack on the balcony, perfect for hanging clothes. As someone who washes clothes frequently, I found this incredibly convenient!

Whenever I travel, I always choose Atour hotels, and this newly opened one didn't disappoint. There are no strange smells, and the room was incredibly clean – a huge plus for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. The staff were all very friendly, especially Shanshan. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Extremely satisfied with the hotel's facilities, amenities, and environment. The entrance was a bit hard to find, but once on the 7th floor, it was a pleasant surprise! The Japanese decor and design are perfectly showcased in both the common areas and the rooms. The tatami mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the showerhead was also very user-friendly and comfortable. The hotel's location is very close to Santang Street, with MixC nearby, and right next to Shilu Metro Station. I'll definitely book this place again on my next visit.
