Excellent location and excellent service, I would like to thank all reception members of staff for their friendly service, especially Hedi and Mrs Zahia . As well excellent room cleaning service top notch. Excellent hotel to satay in for business traveller solo traveller and for a weekend in the capital ,loved the breakfast, 100% i recommend to all friends and family members and to anyone wanting to spend time in the capital Tunis as its close to everything you need. We were looking for a cheap hotel in a central location and we had found just that. Everything in the hotel is simple and doesn’t try to be something that it isn’t. However, the furnishings seem a little dated an may need an upgrade soon. The Wifi needs to be improved as we couldn’t connect to the wifi whatsoever. The chap at the desk is very friendly

Perfect location. 5 minutes to Avenue Bourguiba and 10 minutes to the beginning of the Medina. Hotel clean and perfect for a stay in Tunis.

Gulf Royal Hotel offered a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is perfect for exploring Tunis. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A great option for a short stay with good value for money. Would stay again

The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 109 that day. Hotel location: Tunisia has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

Very nice and cheap

Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty. Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new. Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.

A very pleasant stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. However, the soundproofing could be improved: the noise from the hallways is quite audible. Another point for improvement is the hot water, which is inefficient in the morning, with very little hot water available, unlike in the afternoon and evening. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Tunis, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and about an 11-minute walk from the shared taxi station serving the southern cities.

My stay at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was quite pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind. The common areas, including the lobby and lounge, were inviting and tastefully designed. Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.
