Dr OS
Being engaged to a tunisian girl i fly frequently to tunis from the UK.
Location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes from airport, busy area but i dont think its an area to walk around at late night.
Ive tried loads of the hotels ranging from 2 stars to 4 star hotels in tunis city, hamamet and sousa areas.
This hotel is a small hidden gem.
I was Greeted with a smile when i came around midnight, check in took a minute (unfortunately wasn't given the wifi password on the spot had to ask for it latter on)
The wifi was very fast in the room, i had no issues with connectivity
The owner offered me a complementary bottle of water which i appreciated cause if was thirsty and hungry, they offered to get me some food from a nearby fast food place, so i requested a sandwich which i paid 15 tunisian dinners for ( didnt likee the sandwich much but i appreciated there help 😅😅😅)
The hotel itself is very very nice, not a generic build, had a tunisian look to it with paintings everywhere, they have like a small venue area down in reception
The room was spacious and again nothing generic about it.
The beds were steel frame beds so nothing fancy but the mattress was new and comfortable
Everything was spot on clean
flat tv on the wall and an A/C unit which was functional, all remotes were there in the room.
The rooms were very calm, no noise and most important they WEREN'T PAPER THIN !!!!
No kettle or tea/coffee in the room
2 towels in bathroom, small to medium size, no large ones
Shampoo was available in packets, they supplied 2,
Toiletries available, very clean modern toilet, no leaks
Overall
I loved this hotel, i paid 20 pounds for the night and i am 100% sure i will be coming again soon

Guest UserThe guest house is very nice but without private bathroom. During booking, this information was hidden and was not available at first glance. I needed to click twice + scroll down to see this important information. So this was a bad surprise to find out that there were only shared bathrooms.

Anonymous UserOverall, this place offers great value for money. This street is full of hotels named after different countries. The hotel is on a somewhat run-down street, and yes, there will be trash, but it also gets cleaned up. If you're booking a day tour, it's not too far from the meeting point. It was Ramadan, and the owner recommended a good place to eat. The room was quite comfortable for a solo traveler. You might need to ask the front desk for a hairdryer.

Guest UserMy stay at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was quite pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind. The common areas, including the lobby and lounge, were inviting and tastefully designed.
Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day.
Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.

学生のひとり旅This hotel was excellent. A male staff member named ZOUHAYER at the reception desk checked me in, and when I mentioned that I had an early morning flight the next day and asked about taxis, he was very helpful and polite. He was a very kind person. (I have received permission to mention his name.) Shampoo and body soap are provided in the room. The room was very clean, had air conditioning, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.

A very pleasant stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. However, the soundproofing could be improved: the noise from the hallways is quite audible. Another point for improvement is the hot water, which is inefficient in the morning, with very little hot water available, unlike in the afternoon and evening.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Tunis, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and about an 11-minute walk from the shared taxi station serving the southern cities.

عبدالعزيز عبيد السرحانI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is outstanding in every aspect and its facilities. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Habib Bourguiba Square and close to all amenities. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Chafika, Ms. Khawla, and the front desk staff Mr. Mohamed, and indeed all the hotel employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Tunisia, God willing. Tunisia is a delightful country with diverse cultures and regions. Tunisia is truly wonderful!

Guest UserThis hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

McFonzieFlight was delayed so turned into late arrival, quick ride from the airport and I was at the hotel. Good location, able to walk to the central market, lots of restaurants, roof top views, Beb Bhar, flower market, rugs to see and perfumes to smell.
Liked the firm mattress, good sized room, staff were polite and helpful, did have to venture out to get some water but had lots of little shops that were still open. So much to see and do will need to come back for more than 3 days. Cheers 🥂
