MERCURE NANJING DOWNTOWN

The breakfast was plentiful, and there was a new welcome amenity at the entrance, perfect for summer. The front desk was very responsive, and small items were delivered quickly by robot. The French-inspired decor was great for photos. The room had a large TV, a smart toilet, and a one-touch master light switch, so I slept really well.

Facilities: Well-equipped and new. Cleanliness: Spotless. Ambiance: Great, and the location is even better. Service: Excellent and attentive.

Excellent experience! The surrounding facilities are complete, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Deji Plaza, making it very convenient for getting around. I would consider staying here again next time!

The hotel's location is great, very close to nearby malls and the subway, which is super convenient for travelers. They also have a gym and a laundry room. The front desk service was good, and breakfast was decent. The room was clean and tidy.

This hotel is perfect for families traveling with children. We initially had a little trouble finding it because it was blocked by trees and a row of cars. However, as soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Their warmth continued throughout our two-day stay, right up until we checked out. Even my child, who has stayed in hotels before, noticed and immediately felt the difference. Upon arrival, they gave my child some snacks and kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and when we left, they gave us complimentary fruit. Just inside the entrance, to the left, there was a thoughtful arrangement of plum juice and small snacks. Honestly, the room was a bit old and small, but it was still perfectly functional. The nearby subway access is very convenient. If I have another chance to visit, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

A very satisfying stay! The location in Xinjiekou is superb, right behind Deji Plaza. The hotel has a Republic of China era charm, full of Nanjing characteristics. The breakfast was good, and the service was attentive. When checking out, they even gave us fruit and bottled water. The lovely waitress also enthusiastically guided us on our travel routes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Having stayed at Mercure hotels in other cities before, I decided to book this one again. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Deji Plaza, very close to Xinjiekou subway station, and a short taxi ride to various attractions. After checking in, we encountered a small issue, but the hotel promptly resolved it and upgraded us to a family room. The in-room mini-bar was a thoughtful touch, stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, and there was a generous supply of bottled water replenished daily. The bedding was very comfortable, and the environment was quiet. The breakfast deserves a special mention; although the restaurant isn't large, it offers a wonderful selection of authentic Nanjing specialties, all delicious, alongside both Western and Chinese options, and the coffee was excellent. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even gave us some local specialties as a parting gift!

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in when it comes to service. They even gave us a welcome gift upon check-in. Although the room wasn't huge, it was incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel is super close to Deji Plaza, just 200 meters away. The next day, because we were out sightseeing, they kindly extended our check-out time. And when we finally left, they even prepared some fruit for our journey – so thoughtful! ❤️

The room was clean and even had a phone screen mirroring function, so I could watch 'Keep Running'. The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk to Xinjiekou subway station, and right next to Deji Plaza. The staff were also very thoughtful, offering ice-cold drinks on a hot day.
