Suzhou City Holiday Hotel (Shiquan Street Wangshi Garden)

I stayed here for four days for a study trip, and the service was excellent. They were always responsive to my requests. It's not far from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which was very convenient. I slept very comfortably at night, and the air conditioning was nice and strong. Highly recommend!

This hotel was really great! I accidentally left my charger there, and they were super helpful, retrieving it and leaving it at the front desk for me to pick up. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite, and the overall environment was pleasant. It's also really convenient for getting around, whether you're taking a taxi or doing anything else.

Families, you absolutely *must* stay at this hotel! I just finished my stay, and the experience was simply fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation nearby and plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I definitely have to give it a five-star rating; I'll be back next time!

Great service! I had a problem with the electricity in my room, called the front desk, and they immediately let me switch rooms. The front desk lady was very gentle and efficient. The hygiene was excellent, and it's super close to the subway station. Highly recommend!

The environment was terrible. First off, the parking lot isn't exclusive to the hotel; it's a tiny lot shared with several shops. They claim to offer parking, but practically, there's nowhere to park except for an unmarked area right in front of the hotel. When we asked what would happen if something happened to our car there, the hotel staff were evasive, saying they had cameras but couldn't confirm if they'd cover repair costs. Later, after we'd checked into a different hotel, we found a disposable pair of underwear that wasn't ours while unpacking. The ceiling was also shedding dust. Honestly, for this price, you'd be better off adding a little more and staying at a Huazhu hotel.

Choosing this hotel for my Suzhou trip was such a smart move! It's right next to the Master of the Nets Garden, just a few minutes' walk to the entrance, and super close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. Shiquan Street is right nearby with tons of local Suzhou snacks and dessert shops, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a wonderful ambiance. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the gardens!
