Before I arrived, I mentioned I was driving, and they immediately added me on WeChat to send me the parking location. After checking in, they thoroughly explained the hotel facilities and offered recommendations for local attractions and dining, showing great attention to detail. When I asked for a slightly later checkout, they accommodated me based on availability. The common areas are very clean and have a lovely, comforting scent. While the room isn't huge, which is understandable given its location in the old town, it was very tidy. The bedding was clean and soft, the bathrobes were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries were thoughtfully chosen. There were even complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge and smart assistant service. Overall, for this price, the facilities and service are definitely worth more than what I paid – highly recommended! My only minor regret is that the toilet wasn't fully smart, which is why I didn't give the facilities a perfect five, but it's still a highly recommended hotel.
