The hotel location is great. It's in the center of Wangxian valley with beautiful scenic view. The amenities is well-equipped. The room is clean but not spotless. There's water stain on the floor and in the shower room when I checked in. There's huge problem in communication because we can't speak Chinese. Almost all the staffs cannot understand English. The check in process took very long. We can't redeem the free photo service that is included in the promotion of the room we selected. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, the photo service is available until 5 PM. We knew that we have to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before we check in. We tried to contact the hotel many times, both through Trip.com and WeChat, that we wanted the photo service. There were no response in every platform. After we checked in, we requested the staff to lead us to the photo service area. When we arrived, there were 2 customers who are in the process of makeup in the photo service. We handed the photo card to the lady in the shop. She explained that the photo card only included the costume, the makeup had additional fee, which we already knew from the start. We told her that we only need the costume, the makeup is not required. ,when she heard ,she told us that that day is fully booked, we have to come there again the day after on 9 AM. It was impossible for us as we have to check out early the next morning. We accepted because we couldn't do anything about it. In the evening, we showed the photo of the restaurant we wanted to go to the staff. We asked 2 staffs, and they said the completely different ways to get to the restaurant. One of them told us to take the shuttle bus, while another told us to walk to the restaurant. We tried to ask about the shuttle bus stops, but no one could tell us how the shuttle bus travel in the valley. In the end, we gave up and walk around the valley to eat the street food instead. The next morning, the breakfast starts at 7.30 AM, which was not 7 AM as the receptionist told us. We have to hurry because we have to take the high speed train at Shangrao at 11AM. The process of traveling back to the visitor center was very tiring, it took a very long time to communicate with the staff to take us back to the visitor center because no one can understand our English. All the time we communicate with the staffs, we have to use translator. At first the staff thought we wanted them to take us to the train station, which was not correct. In conclusion, this hotel is excellent only if you understand Chinese. The staffs have great service mind and tried to help us, but communication was really bad and time-consuming. The hotel should be more honest about the photo service that is included with the booking. Not recommend to people who cannot speak and understand Chinese.

It's a mix between a hotel and a guesthouse. There's no parking on-site, so you have to park about 200 meters away. The hotel's overall environment is quite good. My room was on the second floor, very clean, and overlooked the fish pond in the courtyard, which was a nice view. The room was spacious and had a tea-drinking area. The only minor downside was that the bathroom facilities felt a bit dated, but everything else was great. It's very close to the Taoyangli scenic area and the riverside.

This hotel enjoys a superb location directly opposite the iconic Tongwanggu, making it extremely convenient to access nearby attractions. There are also many restaurants within easy reach, which added to the overall experience.
The breakfast spread was a highlight—offering a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. 👍 The staff were consistently warm and attentive, even thoughtfully providing extra bottles of mineral water for our outings.
A special mention goes to the staff member 周女士preparing the local ban fen. She was patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and offering helpful advice on the right balance of condiments for the noodles. The other local dishes were equally enjoyable.
Overall, this Mercure hotel truly lived up to its reputation and offered excellent value for money.

Reviewed, thank you. Your service is really good, from the warm communication with the guests before check-in, to the hard work in the middle of the night when checking in, and the room selection is very satisfactory, the room is clean and tidy, the supplies are everything, the equipment is complete and suitable, and the small details are rich. There is also a complete variety of breakfasts and moderate tastes. The waiter smiles and serves, and then the sincere blessing when checking out. There are small snacks for the children. The children happily say ”this fat young lady at the front desk is so beautiful”. I said of course it is beautiful because I sent you a big bag of snacks and you You can eat. In short, this temporary Ganzhou trip to this Xiangjiangwan hotel entered my collection and forgot to take photos of the room. I will stay here in the future and remember to take pictures next time. Thank you.
Met up with a few old friends in Yingtan and chose the Hampton by Hilton as our gathering spot. The hotel's location is pretty central; it took about ten minutes by taxi to get to our dinner place in the old city, and there's a convenience store nearby for drinks and snacks. The lobby is spacious, so even with a few friends waiting in the lounge area during check-in, it didn't feel crowded. Our rooms were all on the same floor, and the hygiene was excellent – clean bedding with no strange smells, and the bathroom trash was always emptied promptly. The rooms were also well-ventilated. The service was friendly and efficient; the front desk staff were patient and thorough when processing individual check-ins for multiple people. Our request for a late check-out was kindly accommodated, and room service responded quickly. The facilities perfectly met our needs for a get-together; the sofa area in the room was big enough for three or four of us to sit around and chat, and the TV's screen-mirroring feature made it easy to share travel photos. The flexible breakfast hours were also perfect for our late-riser group. As a choice for a friends' reunion, the hotel provided just the right convenience in terms of space arrangement and time flexibility, making our gathering even more relaxed and enjoyable.

Facilities: Very comprehensive. The sofa bed was spacious; my 12-year-old, weighing over 100 jin (approx. 50kg) and 1.63m tall, slept comfortably with plenty of room to turn over.
Ambiance: Cozy.
Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange odors.
Service: Excellent and thoughtful, very customer-oriented. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave us complimentary souvenirs, including Jiujiang specialty tea cakes, a toy, and body warmers. They truly think of everything for their guests.
De-stress mugwort foot bath: After coming down from Mount Lushan, the foot bath really helped relieve my fatigue the next day.

The hotel is in a good location. There are large shopping malls around. The front desk service is very good. They are very enthusiastic and proactive. They will put themselves in the shoes of the guests. There is also a children's play area in the lobby during the May Day holiday. It's great. The room is clean and hygienic. The seats are multifunctional and have a sense of design. It is very comfortable to use. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

High cost-performance ratio, good location. Lots of restaurants downstairs. They upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, with disposable face towels and toilet seat covers. The towels were also disinfected and individually wrapped. There were slippers for showering, and even a foot bath was provided.
The late-night porridge was a little watery; it was just a bowl of plain porridge with some side dishes. An auntie brought it up without any attempt to conceal it, which made me wonder about hygiene.
There were many other thoughtful, unseen services.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was more than enough, and the rice noodles were delicious.
The soundproofing was so-so; you could clearly hear people talking in the hallway.

The Hyatt Place at Taoxichuan is great. I stayed here for four nights on a solo trip to explore Jingdezhen and I was very satisfied. The location was right across the street from the weekend evening market where I got some lovely ceramic pieces and enjoyed some nice local beer.
Great lobby treats on sale too. I tried the ice cream and local beer. Highly recommend the JDZ stout and lager.
Customer service was great and when I had a question about my laundry service (slight delay on the return of a jacket I needed to clean) they were prompt in following up and getting my clothes back.
Flawless room, service, and location. Only things I would recommend as a possible change could be a smart toilet (not sure if it was due to my cheapest room choice or not) and maybe some limited edition items at the breakfast buffet to make things more exciting. Delicious food though, for multiple mornings that I tried it.
Also, the commute/drive time to Sanbao Village could be updated because there is more traffic going into the village on that one lane drive now. I ended up walking into it and walking back to the hotel to get my steps.
Highly recommend Hyatt Place Taoxichuan for a relaxing stay in Jingdezhen.

The front desk service is enthusiastic, any problem can be solved, the hotel service is generally very thoughtful, there is a special person to collect the laundry, the washing and drying are integrated, and they will help you fold the clothes. The room is relatively large and the living is quite clean. We are quite demanding about hygiene and can accept the living conditions of this hotel. The hotel is located in the CBD section of the commercial center, with complete supporting facilities and many delicious foods around it. It is next to the Ganzhou Museum and Poly Theater, and the transportation is convenient. It is a pleasant trip

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, conveniently located in a prominent and easy-to-find spot.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean.
Environment: The surrounding area boasts numerous dining options, supermarkets, bars, and late-night eateries. Takeaway services are also readily available, and you'll find no shortage of tea shops and cafes. The hotel itself features restaurants, and the breakfast spread offers a good variety with decent taste – truly comprehensive and satisfying.
Service: Fantastic! The staff were very friendly and always smiling.👍
Facilities: A point to note for first-time visitors to Yichun – not all rooms at the hotel include hot spring tickets.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Nanchang East Station and provides free pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appointment in advance with the front desk. The front desk Xiao Wu is also very polite and enthusiastic. The facilities, services and hygiene are all good. It is worth coming again.

NNadineisinshanghaiWe stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need.
The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee.
The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.
YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.
AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location right in the heart of the tourist spot. The backdoor access to nearby attractions made exploring effortless and convenient at any time of day.
The interior design is unique and thoughtfully crafted, creating an inviting and memorable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs, which added to the positive experience.
The only downside was the soundproofing, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms was noticeable at times. Despite this, the convenient location and excellent service more than made up for it. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a stylish and central stay!

MM42292****Very satisfied, a very cost-effective stay experience. Comparable to more than a thousand priced homestays.
Facilities: The city in the hotel can be controlled by voice, and it is very convenient to have floor heating. The hair dryer is also fully packaged Dyson. It happened that this time I didn't bring a hair dryer, so I traveled lightly, but there was nothing missing.
Hygienic: Very good, I didn't see anything unclean
Environment: The location in Sanbao Village is very quiet and the distance will be a little farther. If you are a single woman when you come back at night, you will be a little scared. But I am traveling for two people, it is not a big problem. It is very suitable for lying flat, and the itinerary is nearby for travel needs.
Service: very good. From the pick-up station, to the sweet soup every day, all the young ladies and brothers I met have a very good service attitude. There is a golden hair sister in the homestay, which is also very well-behaved.
Very happy travel experience!

JJune_huang0520This was my first time visiting Nanchang, Jiangxi, and I booked this hotel based on its great reviews and recommendations. They even upgraded me to a room with a river view! The amenities in the room were absolutely amazing – they had everything from underwear detergent to hand sanitizer and hairspray. My favorite was the laundry service, which was available even late at night. The breakfast on the 6th floor was also a highlight, featuring local specialties like Wagan soup and Nanchang rice noodles – very authentic. The front desk staff was incredibly polite, thoughtful, and attentive. Thumbs up! I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
