Nestled in an idyllic setting, our hotel offered a personal balcony that opened up to breathtaking views of the serene countryside. Evening strolls through the charming paro market were just a short walk away, adding a touch of local culture to our stay. The hotel is exclusively vegetarian, but with numerous nearby restaurants, non-vegetarians will find plenty of options to savor. Our overall experience was truly wonderful, a perfect blend of comfort and beauty.

food was good.
Their service was best . Infact they help you out of the way. I was suffering from severe cold and was too tired to head out.
They arranged medicine for me
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
They serve Indian and Bhutanese food.
Khamsum is located in the town letting you to access the town easily by walking. Staff were utmost polite and humble. Hotel was clean and hygienic as well. We tried their food as well. Red rice was top notch where as the hot and sour soup and emadatchi was average. Overall we loved the stay. Thanks khamsum and the lovely staffs. 4
Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean, good mattress, coffee facilities and a gym which was huge and very well equipped. The restaurant staff were exceptional and even made me special dishes that they thought I might like. Food was usually a set meal, driven by the tastes of the majority of guests, so there was Indian food for at least 2 nights. I have to mention however that the huge issue at this hotel is the *&*&#(*& barking dogs. While it's a feature of most hotels in Bhutan especially around Paro, this place has at least 2 dogs that live next door and they yap constantly all night. Bring earplugs, I'm so glad I did. If I didn't have earplugs I would have given it 2 stars.
Location - excellent food - average. The food needs variety and taste. Service- varies. Poor- any minor change from the menu served, they levy extra charge. Good- room service is prompt. Hygiene - the towels are not very fresh and bathroom does not smell very fresh, maybe due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Amenities: the resort needs to keep a luggage weighing scale for international travellers. The property has been an orchard and farm house. Morning walks are good within the resort.

Take time to pamper yourself with a visit to the full-service spa.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel's coffee shop/cafe. Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free valet parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 19 guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
The accommodations were better than the photos online.
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable.
It was comparable to the hotel next door that cost $268 per night.
Location: The hotel is very close to Huxue Temple. But a little distance from the airport.
Hygienic: It looks very clean, but I don't know why. There is a dirty one that can't be said. Look carefully, the sheets are damp, there are stains on them, the bed cover is still pilling, and it feels very uncomfortable when sleeping. The bathroom has a serious anti-odor, and there is also a smell in the room.
Service: There was an uncle at the front desk, the English was bad, and I couldn't communicate at all. At first, I gave us the wrong room. I turned the order out before changing the room. I called at night to ask if we wanted to eat, and I had already lay down.
Booking process: I don't know why, every hotel said that we didn't make a reservation, and asked us whether we booked on ******* or agoda. In fact, we booked on Trip.com , but it seems that there is a problem with their handover, which leads to every stay. It takes a long time to explain. Negative Ratings.

FFishtail7This hotel is very good value for money considering its price range. The staff and owner are super hospitable and very accommodating to guests’ needs. The food is good, and the location is close to Tiger’s Nest so it’s a great option for those hiking up to the monastery next morning. Overall highly recommended.

PPavel ShchGood hotel in the center of Paro. May be too loud at nights - shouting people, running children etc.
Location is amazing. Some good momo-cafes nearby

AAnonymous UserThe boys and girls here are very kind, quiet and hygienic. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent. It is the same as the Punaca Hotel, and Punaca has air conditioning. Everyone must have a tipping habit, their wages are very low, drivers and guides sometimes need to find their own place to live and eat.
