The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

So glad I chose this hotel for my trip to Harbin! The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Harbin Museum, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel has a simple yet stylish design, and the lobby has a great vibe. Our room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry bathroom, which made our stay very relaxing. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. They even offer free afternoon tea and evening porridge, though unfortunately, we were out exploring and didn't get a chance to try them. The breakfast selection was extensive. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, saving us a lot of hassle getting around, and offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Harbin and will definitely choose it again next time!

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House. Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel. The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

Aside from the front desk staff's attitude being a bit subpar on the first day during check-in, everything else was great. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Central Street and other major attractions. They really put thought into providing afternoon tea for guests. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the surrounding amenities are complete. The breakfast was also exquisite. Highly recommended.

The hotel's decor style is very new and different from the older Holiday Inn Express, perhaps they've updated their product line. The front desk lady quietly upgraded our room type, and the room was very characteristic of Northeast China, haha. It's spacious and very clean, with not a single water stain on the faucets or showerhead, which made my OCD very happy. It's a shame we had to switch hotels later to go elsewhere, otherwise, I would have definitely stayed here longer. Breakfast was also very rich. Thumbs up!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to get around. The Central Street entrance is right across the street; you just need to wait for a traffic light for two or three minutes to cross. It's a 15-minute walk to Lao Chu Jia for Guobaorou (crispy fried pork) and to Madieer for ice cream and bread (which are both on Central Street). Saint Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Vegetable Market are an 8-minute walk away, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market is just 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast offers a good variety. My two kids didn't want to wake up early for breakfast, so the hotel even packed it up for us to eat in the room – so thoughtful! The staff are also very enthusiastic and helpful. Many thanks!

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Great location with a spacious parking lot. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few hundred meters from Metro Line 3, and a short walk to Central Street and the Songhua River. The room was clean, and the zero-pressure mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. They even provided contact lens solution, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly rich and delicious. Definitely exceeded my expectations, highly recommend!

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.
