4-Star Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

The hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

I stayed for 3 nights, and I definitely picked the right hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Central Street. Since it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the room rate was quite appealing. They even upgraded us for free. The hotel looks pretty new, and the cleanliness is spot on. Soundproofing was also decent. Our room had an inner window overlooking a nicely designed landscape, which was a lovely touch and added to the ambiance. The hotel hallways also had pleasant and cozy landscaping. We didn't book breakfast with our room, but later found out their breakfast area also had a good atmosphere. Overall, the room was spacious and clean. Since the second-floor restaurant was under renovation, breakfast times were arranged with the front desk during check-in and then delivered directly to the room the next day. The front desk staff were all very kind and thoughtful, helping with luggage and storing it for me. Because I booked a special offer room, it didn't include the complimentary round-trip cable car tickets. You might want to call the hotel in advance to confirm this. The cable car station is conveniently located on the second floor, making round-trip rides very easy. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line 2 to Sun Island and walk for about 15 minutes to see the castle. The island is currently optimizing its snow sculptures, and the central area is closed off, so I didn't get to explore it this time, which was a slight disappointment.

The hotel has some pros and cons. The pros: 1. The location of the hotel is superb, Right on the Northern side of zhongyangdajie. 2. The gym is adequate, it has good strength training options. Unfortunately the AC doesn't work in the room itself. 3. The staff was happy to allow us a late checkout. The cons: 1. The entrance to the hotel does not have a ramp to go up with the luggage so one must lift it over the stairs into the lobby. I didn't expect that in a 4 star hotel. 2. I've made a reservation for a non smoking room, away from the elevator but got a room with smoke smell, close to the elevator. The staff showed me 3 more rooms but the first two also had smoke smell. Finally we got a room without smell and far from the elevator. 3. The breakfast, in my humble opinion, was subpar. Not too many western options. 4. The hotel doesn't look clean. The surroundings of the elevator need more work. All in all I was a bit disappointed, considering the price.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

This hotel is located right across from the southern entrance of Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient to step out directly onto the avenue. It's also very close to Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Flood Control Monument, the Songhua River, and the Baroque street area. The subway station is about 500 meters away, which is great for getting around. The hotel facilities are good, and parking is easy. Plus, they offer complimentary afternoon tea.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Great location with a spacious parking lot. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating the change. The hotel is right next to a ski resort, and they even offered free skiing passes for the whole family, which was a nice bonus!

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, and her service was incredibly professional. They gave us a free room upgrade. The room had a bathtub and many complimentary amenities, like facial cleanser, body lotion, a humidifier, contact lens solution, and even thoughtful touches like small hair clips. We even got 4 bottles of drinking water daily, which was a pleasant surprise. The 2-meter king bed was very comfortable, and outside the window was Zhaolin Park. It's only 200 meters to Central Street and 900 meters to Saint Sophia Cathedral and Daoli Market. The hotel also offers complimentary self-service afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which is perfect for relaxing and passing the time. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!
