I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay for a nearly 24-hour layover. The room was decent, quite clean, and I had no complaints. Getting to the hotel from the station requires crossing the station area. I almost got misled when asking for directions, so I recommend relying on a map to find your way. I also couldn't get an Uber. My room faced the street, so there was some noise. A minor drawback was that if you opened the window, the room was fully visible from the corridor.

We enjoyed our stay in this secure and quiet place.
Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests, they also provided clear directions about how to reach and check in. The place was clean, facilities and services delivered what they promised.

The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit
The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined.
The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking.
I stayed for overnight with family at this place to catch early morning train from Nizaməddin station . I found this hotel with very good room neat and clean .Good location. Good staff

There is no hair dryer in the room. I heard you can borrow one at the front desk, but it was too much of a hassle so I gave up. This is a big minus. I wish they would put one in every room.
Outside the room is a free space where you can interact with people in other rooms. There are also free drinks and snacks provided, making it feel like a student dormitory. Fortunately it was quiet on the day I stayed there, but it would be noisy if people talked until late at night.
There are no toothbrushes or other amenities, and the amenities are minimal, so you have to bring everything yourself.
Very Good

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Soft beds, great showers, the best travel desk I ever had the pleasure to do business with. Kindest driver too. Trip to Agra to see Taj Mahal was done without hassle. And everything in Delhi I wanted to visit
AAnkit RajBhandari”I recently stayed at Luxe Manor Near Airport for a layover near Delhi Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport which made it extremely convenient. What particularly stood out was the impeccable hygiene; the room was spotless, and all surfaces were clearly well-maintained. Beyond that, the room was cozy and well-appointed, making it a relaxing space to unwind after a long journey. The staff were also friendly and efficient. This hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend it.”
GGuest UserIt was accessible via road, it was my 3rd stay and I kinda made it my go to hotel for hospitality, it is good with all the facilities available in the hotel itself or at just walking distance.
GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.
和和All the staff including the owner were very kind.
When I first arrived at the hotel, the rickshaw driver almost ripped me off with my payment, but I managed to minimize the damage by intervening.
BBK Thakkar Reasonable service and facilities with price paid. Can’t expect fancy full fantasy however with charges paid okay. Need maintenance. May not suitable for international travelers. Quality comes with price.

GGuest UserIt's my first time ever leaving a review on something, and I am glad to do it for the Hotel Delhi Aerocity because, even though I had just a night there at the beginning of my trip, the staff went above and beyond to make everything work for me! As a female solo traveler I felt safe from the start, increasingly comfortable, and very well taken of by each one of the very kind and professional staff at the hotel - and no paternalism involved! I could choose between two rooms, both perfectly tidy and clean: wifi worked all *****, hot water came immedialy. Dinner and breakfast had plenty of veggie options, and were mind-blowing delicious! Plus, when the driver booked by my following destination didn't show up, they helped me call them and re-arrange another transfer very quickly and with no drama.
If you come from the airport, do provide your driver with the video of the directions they'll send you upon booking: the place is on the left about 300mt after the Radisson Blu. There are a couple of hotels with similar names (like adding ”Inn” at the end) on the same road before getting there: keep going! Also - but this is a general tip for travelers - bring earplugs because planes keep departing and landing until late, and the road nearby is quite busy. Have a good stay!
AAnoop SehdevPleasant staff. Good service.
Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely)
The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this.
Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues.
The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.
