The hotel is a good option for traveling passengers not far from the airport. Besides there is a big plus that the hotel provides free transportation to the airport terminal. The personnel is attentive and provided me upon my request the portable heater and helped with the copies of passport. Of course not a renowned chain hotel but with its price I believe it is a good place with good breakfast.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

All the staff including the owner were very kind. When I first arrived at the hotel, the rickshaw driver almost ripped me off with my payment, but I managed to minimize the damage by intervening.

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is vegetarian. The location is perfect, close to the New Delhi station and another metro station. But VERY be careful of transportation scammers, especially at New Delhi station. Really recommend to take the uber directly from the airport to the hotel. Very high risk to be scammed if you take the Tuk Tuk or others from th New Delhi station. The place is surrounded by restaurants and rooftops.

During my stay at this hotel, I experienced exceptional customer service from Arun , the Guest Service Agent . He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured all my needs were promptly met. Arun professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service! Very beautiful hotel in a convenient location of Delhi. The higher rooms have amazing views of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will secure your luggage if you arrive early. We loved the quick access to the train and so many amazing restaurants. There is a coffee shop on main road near customer service. The rooms are very quiet and spacious.

I booked Hotel Triton Grand after canceling another nearby hotel at the last moment because the actual property looked nothing like its online photos. After that experience, I was honestly expecting another disappointment, but this hotel changed my impression completely. The atmosphere felt simple but genuine, and that immediately made the stay more comfortable. I reached in the evening after a hectic day in Delhi, and the staff handled everything professionally without making the process tiring. What stood out to me was the overall practicality of the hotel. The room lighting, charging points, working hot water, clean bedsheets, and decent air conditioning — everything important for a traveler was properly maintained. Sometimes small things matter more than fancy interiors, especially during a short stay. Another thing I appreciated was the surrounding environment. The area felt active even at night, so finding food or transport was not difficult at all. Despite being close to the airport, the stay felt relaxed enough to properly recharge before my next journey. Hotel Triton Grand may not market itself like a luxury property, but it delivers a far more dependable experience than many overhyped airport hotels. For travelers who value comfort, honesty, and convenience, this place is genuinely worth considering.

Reasonable service and facilities with price paid. Can’t expect fancy full fantasy however with charges paid okay. Need maintenance. May not suitable for international travelers. Quality comes with price.
