The hotel is located in the oxygen bar forest, the environment is very beautiful, very suitable for vacation. The service is also very good, the room is very clean, so comfortable. You need to rent a car to go here

I recently finished a lovely 4-night stay at Nimman Luxury Private Pool Villa. The property offers wonderful privacy, and the single-level villa layout with direct pool access is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. During our stay, we did encounter a technical issue with the water heating system. The water temperature across our entire room—including the toilet basin and the shower—became extremely hot. Even our private swimming pool water got quite hot instead of the comfortable warm temperature they advertise. Because of this, we had to ask their in-house technical team to come to our villa several times. They were very persistent, tried a few different fixes, and eventually got the entire system completely rectified by the next day. I must say, the staff handled the situation with immense patience, politeness, and care. Their fast, attentive response made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and they made sure we were completely looked after. My only constructive feedback for management is regarding the breakfast buffet. As a guest managing a strict low-carb, diabetic-friendly diet, I found the healthy selections to be very limited. The salad bar has a small selection and lacks basic healthy staples like olive oil or balsamic vinegar, and lean unmarinated proteins are missing. I ended up bringing my own unsweetened soy milk and yogurt to the dining area each morning. Overall, our stay at Nimman Private Luxury Pool Villa was great. The 5-star hospitality, beautiful setting, and excellent service recovery from the staff make it a resort I highly recommend!

The location is quite into the valley but a nice place for sure. The mall/Square around the establishment have restaurants, cafes, etc. Unique hotel but more preferably for family or travellers who have their own vehicles. Nonetheless, we love the room and the service rendered by the staff. Would love to visit again in the future.

The quick responses from Trip.com and the hotel staff, along with their proactive approach to problem-solving, were excellent. Above all, I was captivated by the beauty of the accommodation, making it a wonderful memory.

Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

Absolutely love this place! There really is no need to leave the premises as they have a wide range of offering. A typical stay can look like this: 1. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant by the pool 2. Take a walk around the grounds of their on-site golf course 3. Drive any of their cute, vintage vehicles 4. Or go back in time and ride a horse instead 5. Chill out at the amazing pool area with fountains, kids section and jacuzzi jets 6. Chill at Trot Cafe, watch, feed or pet farm animals 7. Visit the clubhouse (this we are to try in the next visit) 8. Order some afternoon drinks/snacks in the pool bar 9. Play mini-golf 10. Watch movie night on the big screen by a small pond in front of the Italian restaurant Ohh did i mention they have a golf course, gym, Japanese restaurant. Rooms are lovely as well, set up in a classic European style, and have free mini bar. Each stay is just wonderful. Staff are all friendly. 10/10 for us.

The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

The room was good. But we have to change the room we booked before because the hotel had the group's visitors who stays in the same floor with my previous room. Then the staff suggested us to change the room which is more private and bigger and paid extra for 2，000.- baths

Giving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

This is a 100% luxurious European-style hotel with impeccable, opulent interiors. The staff and butler were incredibly attentive and genuinely passionate about service. The rooms and surrounding atmosphere are filled with nature, featuring over 10 types of flowers, and butterflies fluttering about, making it feel like a fairy tale. There's also a four-season garden for leisurely strolls. The breakfast is a course menu with generous portions – much more than I expected! My mother and I were both completely full. I highly recommend bringing plenty of outfits because there are photo opportunities everywhere, making you feel like a princess or a socialite. The butler was always happy to help us find good angles for photos. I was so impressed; I'll definitely be back to stay again!
