I didn't take many photos of the hotel, but the environment was very nice and comfortable. This was my first time staying at a hotel in Dazhu, Sichuan. The shower and toilet were very convenient, and the room was fully equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, etc. The housekeeper cleaned the room regularly, keeping it very clean. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this trip.

First, when I checked in at the front desk, the front desk staff asked me if I had booked breakfast. If not, I could send me a copy. I said I had already booked it, and she said that she needed to scan the code to write off. Although I have not had such operations in other hotels under the name of Huazhu Club before, because the staff said that it was needed, I scanned the QR code provided by the staff on WeChat. After scanning, I found that it was the official account of Huazhu Club. Then the staff said to help, I gave her the phone. It was about half a minute later, I found that my phone's page was parked on my mobile desktop page, and she was deleting the app. I asked her what app you deleted? She said that she deleted the Huazhuhui APP. Then she didn't explain anything to me. In fact, I can understand the group may have such assessment requirements for staff, but I think the staff should not operate my mobile phone without clearly informing me that I may use my mobile phone to download certain software. And, if I hadn't seen it, she wouldn't even tell me she'd already downloaded the app and deleted it. To be honest, in this operation, I am not sure if she has taken my mobile phone to do other things, such as delete the verification code of Huazhuhui, which may involve checking my mobile phone SMS. I think this thing is very unreasonable. Second, after checking in later, I had to lock the room because I had to rest. Generally speaking, there are two types of anti-lock in the hotel, the first is the anti-theft chain, and the second is the anti-lock of the door lock. But I found that the room I was in had no way to anti-lock the door lock, so I contacted the front desk. The front desk told me that the cleaning aunt had already got off work at that time, and the cleaning uncle would not go to work until 7 o'clock. No one can handle this for me at this time, and their front desk can't help me deal with it, so I have to wait more than an hour until the security guards go to work. Later, they arranged for me to come to the door, but the staff member said that there was no way to lock the door, and she checked the room opposite me and the room next door for me, saying that they had no way to lock it. I said if there is any way to help me change to a locked room at the same price, it said that it is not possible, because they should not have this anti-lock system. Later, I contacted the front desk again. It was their manager who answered the phone. He said that this is the whole season 4.0, and the whole season 4.0 cannot be locked. I said that I usually live in other seasons on business trips, and they can be locked. Why can't this be. The manager said that if I had lived in other seasons, I should know that they can't lock. I asked her, I said that if I said that as a customer, I would definitely not know whether you are 3.0 or 4.0 before I stayed at the hotel, but if you can't lock it like this, there must be a safety hazard. Then the manager replied to me that there is a way to lock, that is, lock with the key. I said, that is OK, you can give a key. Then the manager said that if the key is used, their lock will be updated, so they will not give the key to the guest. I said that there must be a safety hazard. The manager said it didn't matter, and their security guards would patrol once every two hours. Then I asked, if there is no way to handle the locks for me during the daytime hours, how can I ensure safety? The manager said it was safe anyway, so let me not worry. After about 20 minutes, another staff came to the door and told me that they checked that there were other rooms that were locked and helped me change to other rooms. I also agreed to this plan. What I don't understand is that if there is a room that can be locked at the beginning, why do you always say no, and say what you are? The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms. Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.

Overall, this was a great stay and excellent value for money. The hotel is right next to a large park, and getting around is very convenient. Parking is available right outside, and they also have their own underground parking, which is easy to use. It's a new hotel, only opened in 2025, so there's no renovation smell, and the decor is quite nice. The self-service laundry was a big plus. A special thanks to the front desk lady for giving us a wonderful room with beautiful views of East Lake.

The room was very fresh, clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries smelled very good. I was very satisfied with both rooms. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a crayfish restaurant nearby that is particularly delicious, and the staff are also very enthusiastic ❤️ The environment is very good, and the breakfast wontons are delicious.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful! The receptionist was sweet and very welcoming. Free parking solved the problem of driving, the laundry room is perfect for long-stay guests, and the rooms even had complimentary bottled water.
