It's more than a 20-minute walk from Sendai Station, so taking the nearest subway is a smoother way to check in. It was nice that they allowed me to leave my luggage early in the morning and delivered it to my room. I felt the shower water pressure was a bit weak. It was worth the price.

This hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient. The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

I stayed here for 2 nights in Sendai. The place was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of food options nearby. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it super convenient for taking buses and the subway!

The hotel is within walking distance from Sendai Station, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. It's also right next to the morning market, where there's a popular oyster restaurant.

VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge. I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes. She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.” I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan. I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel. It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.

The room was not bad, the service was very good, the standard Japanese-style economy hotel, Japanese-style service, would not disappoint. Surrounded by residential areas, it is quiet. Although it is a little far from Sendai Railway Station, I have walked past it. It is fine to go.

It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.

Sendai feels different from Osaka and Tokyo; it's less bustling, and I hear it's the most populous city in the Tohoku region. The room was small but clean and tidy, and the double bed was comfortable enough. The staff suggested storing luggage under the bed, which was practical. The bathroom facilities were great, and all the water in the hotel is purified and safe to drink directly. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, with staff constantly refilling dishes to ensure there was always enough for guests. They offer free luggage storage, and you can open the locker with a Suica card (even a mobile one). The staff were all very warm, polite, and helpful in resolving any issues. I highly recommend this hotel. Be sure to visit Tohoku University, where Lu Xun studied, and the small park that used to be his residence. You can find them by searching 'Lu Xun' on iPhone Maps. At the main station, buy a loop bus ticket for a 70-minute circuit that takes you to places like Aoba Castle and the mausoleum of Date Masamune. The Giant Kannon statue isn't covered by the loop bus; you can take a taxi there and a public bus back. For dining, I suggest trying Zenjiro and Ajitasuke.

i used the free drink machine too much. when i checked out, i got a few more coffees and they closed down the machine for cleaning and started vacuuming. ironically, i wasn't going to get anymore drinks. but i noticed when i threw away the cup. it made the end of my stay unpleasant, mostly because i felt like a leach, but also because i have autism and tinnitus and the vacuum hurt my ears. i just got hit with money problems and i'm struggling to survive for a couple months. plus, i didn't want to carry around a 2 liter of water while hotel-hopping for the best deal. i asked if i could have a drink before checking-in or if i had to wait until 3pm, and the person welcomed me to have a drink. i really feel bad for overstaying that welcome, but it's worse if they caused me pain with the vacuum instead of just saying, ”hey, stop drinking our drinks.” maybe it wasn't intentional, but either way, they need to get rid of that vacuum.

Excellent location just 5-7 mins walk from the Sendai Station. Shopping Mall and eateries are aplenty and it is actually in the covered market. Size is small but thats good for a single person. Toilet is inconveniently small. Wifi is pathetic kind of unusable and that is where the hotel needs improvement. Staff was best, helpful and smiling and free coffee and amenities are a huge plus.
