Location was great, very convenient from Sendai station. Hygiene condition was also great. Room was tidy and clean. Love the interior of the lobby. I used self serve online check in - it was smooth. Amenities are self serve, available in the lobby.
Had another great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai. The location remains one of its strongest points—very close to Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and connecting to transport.
The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and efficient use of space. Everything was in good working condition and thoughtfully arranged for a smooth stay.
Staff were polite, professional, and quick during check-in and check-out, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The overall environment of the hotel is consistent and reliable, which makes it a great choice for repeat stays.
Overall, a solid and dependable hotel in Sendai with excellent convenience and value. Highly recommended for both business and short leisure trips!

Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation.
Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel.
Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional.
Quiet and sleep well.
Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F.
Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026
Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima
The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze.
If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel.
The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.
I loved the location of this hotel as it is just right next to the exit of the train station. The public bath at this hotel was so good, spacious and clean. I enjoyed the hot bath after the long day of walk.
This hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.
The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.
Équipe super sympathique et serviable, le logement est plus grand que les chambres habituelles au Japon et la localisation très pratique.
On recommande sans hésiter !
Tabist Ishinomaki is located in Ishinomaki, 22 miles from Shiogama Shrine and 30 miles from Sendai City Community Support Center. Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi is 29 miles away and Sendai Station is 30 miles from the hotel.
All rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries.
Speaking English and Japanese at the 24-hour front desk, staff are ready to help around the clock.
Entsuin Temple is 17 miles from Tabist Ishinomaki, while Sendai Toshogu is 29 miles from the property. Sendai Airport is 37 miles away.
Sendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable.
This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property.
However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.
Fantastic location! Right out of the west exit of the station, you just head past Parco to the ground level, walk through the morning market, and you're there. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are clean, and there's plenty of space. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sendai.

みみっさまI was a bit worried because the price was so low, but it turned out to be a great hotel with good access and it was clean for the price. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

GGuest UserLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
GGuest UserI absolutely loved this chain hotel. It's conveniently located very close to the station, though I'd recommend using navigation for the most straightforward route. Upon exiting the station, the easiest way is to head up to the second floor, walk a short distance, cross the street, and then take the stairs down. The room was a good size, and the layout was very practical.

Kkota0925For the price, the room was clean, and while it's not a grand public bath, there's a good-sized bath and even a sauna. Plus, the free drink bar at the entrance was a great bonus. It was a really nice place overall. My only minor suggestion would be to add a dedicated relaxation area.
LlspfThis hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, located right in a shopping arcade with tons of restaurants and shops, including a Don Quijote just 2 minutes away. The bus stop for Yamagata is also a mere 2-minute walk. The lobby offers 24-hour free coffee, and there are lockers for guests to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The service is excellent. My only minor suggestion would be to have signs indicating the elevator's location on the ground floor, as I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor for check-in on the first day, which was a bit inconvenient. If I come to Sendai again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The room amenities are well-arranged and very practical.
