The privacy is excellent, and strolling through the grounds is incredibly relaxing. Everything is meticulously maintained and clean, making it perfect for both unwinding and taking photos. I must also commend the hotel's restaurant; the food quality is top-notch, with fresh ingredients and outstanding flavors, and the service is attentive, making for a very pleasant dining experience. A special thank you to our butler, Aureliano, who provided professional and considerate service throughout our stay. He was responsive, paid close attention to details, and struck the perfect balance, ensuring all our needs were met with care, making us feel incredibly comfortable. My overall stay was impeccable, and I truly appreciate the hotel team's dedication. I will definitely prioritize staying here for my next vacation. Highly recommended!

During my time in Lijiang, this was the only hotel I was truly satisfied with. I was honestly so tired of those so-called 'owner-run' B&Bs where you pay good money but get no sense of service, feeling cramped like you're intruding in someone else's home. Hygiene: Everything was excellent. Environment: Remarkably good. Both the reception and the hotel's public areas are exceptionally spacious for the Old Town. A major plus is that it's just a five-minute walk along the main road from the parking lot. Many B&Bs in the Old Town, even those not cheap, are tucked away down winding alleys with cramped receptions and gardens. This place truly offers the facilities of a proper hotel. The garden is also beautifully maintained. All public areas are lovely, well-equipped, and there's even a play area for children. The complimentary travel photography service also had very kind staff. Service: Every staff member I encountered was excellent, from management to restaurant and front desk staff. They not only greeted me proactively but also offered enthusiastic help. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit Lijiang. I hope the owner continues to have great business, and that both the pets and staff receive even better welfare and benefits.

Back in Dali, I decided to revisit the Xianyun 360-degree Cliff Seaview Hot Spring B&B, and it truly lived up to expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive. I later found out that the humble and helpful manager, who was always ready to assist, was also from Beijing, which made me feel right at home. The B&B's environment is serene and immaculate. The private hot spring pool in the room is definitely the highlight. Soaking in the hot spring, you're directly facing the Cangshan Mountains and Erhai Lake – it's like a landscape painting come to life. During my downtime, I loved sitting on the balcony, gazing at Cangshan and Erhai, which was incredibly therapeutic after a long journey. The restaurant's dishes were delicious and flavorful. My experience was as excellent as ever, truly a hidden gem of a seaview B&B. Choosing to stay here twice speaks volumes about its reliable quality. This hotel is an absolute must-stay when visiting the city, with an unbeatable location! Not only are the hotel's services and facilities comprehensive, but the staff are also incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. You won't have to worry about dining or shopping here, as it's surrounded by all sorts of delicious food options and malls, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the space was just right for two people with two large suitcases. Oh, and definitely don't forget to order some takeout and experience interacting with their delivery robot – it's really fun! Highly recommend!

The Naga Hotel, with its Thai-style architecture, provides exceptional butler service and thoughtful touches like complimentary airport pickup, making it perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, equipped with projectors and balconies. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market, and they offer free shuttle service to the Gaozhuang scenic area. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This hotel offers great value for money. For the price, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The staff, in general, were very professional. The only minor downside was that breakfast could use some improvement. However, the lady in the white shirt at breakfast was exceptionally kind; she noticed we weren't comfortably seated and proactively helped us find a better spot. Perhaps due to high occupancy, the water pressure in the shower was very unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold. Also, the room slippers were very thin and extremely slippery, so one needs to be careful when wearing them.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

Coming to Kunming Paperman, I realized just how competitive hotel service can be! Let's start with the human touch: 1. They set up a WeChat group for butler service; upon arrival, the butler met me downstairs. 2. A beautiful welcome flower basket. 3. Whether I was out or in the evening, they'd let me pre-select afternoon tea snacks and deliver them to my room. 4. When I accidentally scraped my foot outside, they quickly provided iodine swabs and Yunnan Baiyao adhesive bandages. 5. I unknowingly left my bracelet in the restaurant in the morning; when I reported it at 10 PM, the butler team returned it to my room in 13 minutes – incredibly efficient and well-organized. 6. They proactively offered daily linen and duvet cover changes. 7. Every time I passed the front desk or saw hotel staff, they were always smiling and greeted me warmly. 8. Breakfast was available until 1 PM, plus afternoon tea and late-night snacks, truly allowing for sleep flexibility and no worries about food. Now for the hardware and details: 1. Full set of caviar toiletries – excellent to use. 2. The vanity came equipped with cotton facial towels, mouthwash, earplugs, etc. 3. Dyson hairdryer; after washing my hair with caviar shampoo, it was so smooth I didn't even need a comb. 4. Truly blackout electric curtains. 5. The latex memory foam pillow was genuinely comfortable. 6. Both the overhead rain shower and wall-mounted shower could be selected to run simultaneously with a button; the temperature was stable and water flow abundant, making showering a real pleasure. 7. The rooftop infinity pool is great for photos, and the design and decor of the restaurant and floors are thoughtfully done... There's so much more I could write; it's got everything a star-rated hotel room service should have. The only flaw was an uncontrollable power outage in the evening, leading to the elevators being out of service for several tens of minutes? But all things considered, that's completely insignificant. I love this level of competitive hotel service, and I'll definitely choose Paperman again next time I'm in Kunming!

I was so satisfied that I felt compelled to write a good review! Being able to watch fish from your room is a uniquely wonderful experience; I absolutely loved it and could spend all day just watching. Room A is on the ground floor, which is the lowest level of guest rooms. Large groupers often swim right outside the window, leopard sharks sometimes lie on the bottom, and manta rays frequently pass by. Even sea turtles make an occasional appearance. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable. During my stay, there was no need to go anywhere else; I just went to the adjacent oceanarium to watch fish and go diving, which was included in the hotel package. Diving in an aquarium is so much more interesting than plain old diving! Although it's on the surface and not very deep, it's still close enough to the fish. The hotel staff provided excellent service. However, breakfast wasn't great; it was exactly the same for both days I stayed. Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant weren't expensive, and the à la carte dishes were quite good. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, so I slept very well at night. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the afternoon tea was also quite good. What impressed me the most, however, were several of the staff members who were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
