I don’t think I need to say too much about the environment and facilities of the Banyan Tree resort hotel. The hotel service is really important. Follow-up service starts before check-in. Cassie Yang is professional and considerate. Contact us in advance to arrange car and other matters. The room was also upgraded for free during the stay. When there was an incident, the hotel staff were very nice, thoughtful and patient in helping to solve the problem. From Xiao Yang, the person in charge of the reception, to the staff at the front desk, spa, restaurant, and room service, I really couldn’t fault anything. They were all attentive, thoughtful and considerate. This is the service standard that a brand hotel should have The check-in experience was really good. I really felt at home. In fact, I was a little nervous before coming to Tengchong because I thought the location might be a little remote. I was worried that the software standards for hotel accommodation would be different. It turns out that I was overly worried. The hot spring is a real hot spring and one of the best in the country. I can’t tell you how good it is for your body in a short time. But it’s really good for your skin. You don’t need lotion after washing. The spa is really good, but I was in a hurry this time. I didn’t have enough room at night. I’ll come back next time.

They are only for hotel guests, so they are very clean and there are not many people. Environment: The beauty of each season is different. It is a hotel on the mountain. It is very quiet. The Hui-style architecture and garden design are also excellent. There are many little squirrels. Service: Very professional service. It looks like a big brand. I am very grateful to the lady at the front desk for giving many gifts and taking very considerate care. The auntie who bathes in the hot spring is also very attentive and will remind you to soak less and slowly. All in all, it is a very satisfying experience.

The hotel is great! good environment! The hot springs are also great! The sensor light in the hallway was broken on the first night, so I didn’t get a good rest! After reporting it to the hotel the next day, someone was immediately arranged to handle it! Cassie Yang specially applied for the volcanic mud spa for us, and the irritability caused by not having a good rest suddenly turned into a surprise! It shows that the hotel’s corporate culture is doing well! There is no concierge to help with luggage when checking out, which is not a good feeling! The Banyan Tree Hotel has many types of hot springs with high medical value. The rooms are comfortable and the smart toilet is very suitable for the elderly. The breakfast is rich, the surrounding environment is good, it is close to various attractions, and the hotel staff are highly professional.

Unfortunately, some of the food requires reservations and we were unable to eat it. I really like the scent of the aromatherapy on the first day I checked in.

This is the Banyan Tree with the smallest number of rooms I have ever stayed at, but the most considerate service I have ever experienced! ! The housekeeper Xiao Wu thoughtfully prepared the recommended Tengchong travel itinerary and the baby's toiletries before we checked in, and provided a lot of help during the few nights we stayed. The hotel's hot springs are also great. They provide public hot springs and private hot springs in the room. They are both very good and highly recommended.

This is the smallest Banyan Tree I have ever stayed in, but it was the biggest highlight of my trip to Tengchong (after two days of shopping in Tengchong, I finally found that the Banyan Tree is really beautiful and comfortable). The hotel is located in the quiet and pleasant Ma Although Yugu Hot Spring Town is small, it is unassuming, simple and elegant. The entrance is often full of cars, probably all coming to soak in the hot springs. Speaking of this, I have to say that the private bath that comes with the hotel room is so comfortable. If you don’t want to go out during the day, you can soak in the private bath under the sun. It is very comfortable. The reason why I took a bunch of photos and commented is because I was shocked by the many bad pictures that were reviewed before I came here. Thank you Amy for your warm and thoughtful service.
