I and my family very much liked the chic room beautiful nature at the restaurant served 5+ Delicious dishes Short thank you Trip.com what to help me find such a hotel
The staff's attention is very good, the price-quality ratio is equal, I understand they are being re-designed and so some small details in the facilities, for all the rest, I just like to congratulate them, definitely my favorite hotel in this destination, I recommend it

Excelente
The breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby
For €37 you can't expect any more, but the name Marriott sounds keeping for more!

EEnrique MiceliCasa Mexicana is ideally located in a charming traditional colonial house, right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas, a Pueblo Mágico. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the city’s vibrant andadores (pedestrian streets). The hotel spans two spacious buildings, with décor that’s not only Instagram-worthy but also harmoniously reflects the rich cultural heritage of Chiapas. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple.
The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the value for money is outstanding given the quality and character of the property. While Casa Mexicana features an on-site restaurant, we didn’t get the chance to dine there. Nonetheless, I would absolutely return for another stay.
GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay in San Cristóbal de las casas!!
It’s located in beautiful neighborhood and has easy access to the restaurants and tourists spot there. The room is clean as well.
But most importantly, the staff is amazing. They are so friendly that they tell me everything about what I should try out there, and the advice was really helpful to enjoy my stay in San Cristóbal de las casas. English and Spanish is available to communicate. And he helped me practice speaking in Spanish with me although my Spanish isn’t very good!! That was so nice and I appreciated it.
I’ll definitely come back here when I visit the city again.
GGuest UserThe staff was good. The price was right. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to see some bread choices. Cafe American made with very good coffee. Towels in room are in need of being softer. Very course. They smell of being in the dryer too long . There is a sitting/eating area with an atrium and very nice plants growing. There is a travel agency connected with the hotel. They are very good. I also arranged my transportation to and from the hotel. Being picked and returned to the airport.the management of the hotel is very conscientious
SScribanCordial staff, good and adequate food, the Museum very interesting, refecting the work of the founders Frans and Trudy Bloom. The historic grounds are cozy.
GGuest UserThe place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes.
I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car.
LLINThe breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby
MMary RicoyIt is well located.
It was really easy to find, the service was good but the room doesn’t look like the ones in the pictures but they are okay, it’s worthy enough!
