3-Star Hotels in Vientiane

Had to stay a few extra days for visa stuff and honestly couldn’t find a reason to move elsewhere, this place just made it easy. Clean, comfortable beds, cozy vibes and that little coffee shop became my daily routine. The food is simple but so good. Ended up not minding the wait at all!

Professional, kind, helpful and enthusiastic reception. My days were beautiful staying in a very good location and easy to walk around visiting temples. I am not expected the break fast complimentary but I get my simple breakfast boiled rice and sandwiches with coffee. The room is clean, toliet is clean. Thank you for a memorable time in Vientiane. Mixay paradise hotel will not make you disappointed... They deserved good score and highly recommendation.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

The hotel is excellently located, just 10 minutes from the airport, making it a perfect choice if you have an early flight. The hotel itself is very clean, offers beautiful views from the window, and has incredibly polite staff! My only wish is that breakfast was included in the price, as there's no time to look for food when you have an early check-out, and there aren't many options nearby.

I originally wanted to book a five-night stay, but due to limited availability, I had to split it into two separate reservations. It's a bit disappointing that this place has become so popular and hard to book since my first stay in June 2024. But it's understandable, given all the improvements they've made as a hotel. The new front desk staff are bright and excellent!

The room was average, and so was the service. The environment and hygiene were decent, but the efficiency was poor. They missed my scheduled airport pick-up, and I couldn't get through to them on the phone!

OK room for cheap price and very good service the staffs was very helpful , we arrived to hotel at10AM and they allow to check in and get in to the room, when we got into the room A/C didn’t get cool, So we told the staff and they immediately change to another room for us But there was no refrigerator and the bed had squeaking sound when you toss and turn but we sleep pretty well.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring Vientiane. Getting around and finding places to eat was a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The owner was very kind and responsive to all our needs. They even offer currency exchange and there's a supermarket, making it excellent value for money. Best of all, the hotel has an elevator, and the supermarket on the first floor sells local beer – it was so relaxing to sit by the entrance and enjoy a drink in the evenings.

I recently stayed at Panda Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were kind and welcoming, although their English was limited and they seemed a little unsure at times. As the hotel is still not fully completed, a few amenities are not yet available. One important feature currently missing is a small fridge in the room. Considering how hot Vientiane is, especially compared to London a fridge would be extremely useful. Breakfast is also not available yet, but hopefully this will be added once the hotel is fully operational. There was some noise from neighboring guests during my stay, and unfortunately I noticed a cigarette smell in the bathroom despite booking a NON-SMOKING room. Smoking is clearly prohibited, so I hope future guests and management will ensure the rules are respected. On the positive side, the hotel offers motorcycle rentals at reception, which is very convenient. Overall, Panda Hotel is a beautiful and affordable place to stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value. I look forward to returning once the hotel is fully completed and additional amenities are available. Thank you for the wonderful stay. See you AGAIN.
