Love this hotel. Great location near lots of restaurants & walking distance to many tourists sites. Bus to airport across the road. Food & beverage allowance was given. Infinity pool is fantastic with nice views. Check in 3pm. Check out 12pm. Nice work stations/ meet g area in lobby. Great self service laundry facilities. Discount at planet Hollywood.

Check in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

The best hotel! Lovely staff and amazing service. Everything is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, the beds are comfortable in an excellent location right in the center of the city. We will come back again

The renovated rooms are nice, however the aircon was not working properly and staff could not fix it. I checked the filters and was shocked how dirty they are. So I manually cleaned the filters, dried them, installed them back on and voila - air-conditioning is working properly. The next guest in this room should thank me. Also, the hotel should probably pay me for the fix haha .. P.S. Hotel staff does not speak any English, not even Lao.. they seem to be Chinese.

A great place to stay in Vientiane. Clean and comfortable, nice staff, located a short walk to any point of interest. Great value for money.

Overall stay in this hotel is not bad. We stayed for 4nights and electricity went off in one morning until afternoon. Hotel didn’t solve anything about this, even water supply cut off after electricity. There is no breakfast in our stays. But Wi-Fi is usable.

Very accommodating front desk staff. Amenities you won't find it better than Vientiane Luxury Hotel are: The Gym, the pool, and the room cleanliness. It could use a little improvement on the elevator video display. It would be nice if the music from the display is more traditional like Lao bamboo flute or traditional music. Also show case the gym and pool more. 9.2 out of 10.

The Nam Phou Park is just ＜ 1 minute away. The hotel is near the night market and next to the police station :D The room was decent, and the staffs were friendly! They did arrange to pick up and drop off from the train station. You can book the service at the front desk one day before your departure day. Our most memorable moment was when the staff used Patio Umbrella to shade us from the car to the hotel while it was raining. Thank you Ibis Nam Phou team!

The room is large and elegantly furnished, with new and clean linens! The hotel staff are polite and courteous. The male receptionist at the front desk speaks great English, and the female receptionist can speak a few words of Chinese, so there is no problem in communication. The owner of the hotel is Chinese. The location of the hotel is very good, with the bus terminal, Vientiane Center and Parkson Building within easy reach. There are many commercial shops around, and the famous Arc de Triomphe is only about 1 km away. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Laos next time.

The location of this hotel is near Night bazaar and convenience store. When I sat in the Balcony, I could very relax because it is surrounded by greenery. In addition, a noodle I had for breakfast is so delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
