Extremely satisfied! Although the price was a bit high, it was definitely worth it. First, a special thanks to the short-haired female supervisor at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, patient, and thorough, answering every question we had. My daughter carelessly lost a jacket, and she actively helped us communicate and search for it, and it was eventually found (girls love beauty, and her favorite cosmetics were inside). Other hotel staff were also very welcoming; every staff member we encountered during our stay was able to answer our questions and seriously respond to all our inquiries. Second, from the moment we entered the resort's reception center, there was always a dedicated hotel staff member guiding us. The most convenient aspect was that, apart from occasional self-funded activities, almost everything else had a dedicated guest channel. When you see the long queues of tourists at the actual sites, you'll realize how friendly and necessary this service is. It saves you a lot of time to enjoy other activities. Then there's the dining. All three meals were included, and they weren't just some perfunctory, unknown drinks. The main dishes were also very diverse and abundant. After a day of fun, you could return to the hotel and relax at the bar, enjoying free-flow drinks with a live musician. Finally, the room wasn't huge, but it was compact and tidy. I had also looked up other hotels in the area at the time, and this one felt excellent. The evening party and fireworks on the island created an amazing atmosphere. Due to the weather, we couldn't experience stargazing in the desert or the sunrise over the sand dunes, or the desert hiking with sound, which was a slight regret. If our later itinerary hadn't already been fully booked, we definitely would have stayed at this hotel for another two or three days. On the first day, we played at Xiansha Island, and on the second day, Yuansha Island. In a word: Worth every penny. If your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; the lamb shaomai was particularly authentic, and the lamb offal soup was absolutely delicious – highly recommend both! What truly stood out was the genuine and professional service team. From the warm milk the housekeeping auntie discreetly replenished daily to the help with planning my travel itinerary, every little detail exuded a heartwarming, 'home-like' feeling. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave me a souvenir gift, a thoughtful gesture that instantly melted away any travel fatigue. Xin Cheng Hotel isn't just a place to rest; it's a living cultural museum. It tells stories through its architecture, conveys local charm through its cuisine, and embodies warmth through its service. It allows every guest to experience the vastness and gentleness of Hohhot amidst the hustle and bustle. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

Extended Stay Benefits - Breakfast: The breakfast was plentiful, even featuring local Inner Mongolian specialties. The room's cleanliness, ambiance, facilities, and service were all excellent. There's a subway station right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Suggestions: Some power outlets in the room weren't working properly. Also, with the subway entrance just outside, parking management needs improvement.

The breakfast and Horizon Club offerings were extensive, featuring specialties like 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes), special milk tea, and lamb 'shaomai' (dumplings). The Shang Palace restaurant had good food. However, the room was extremely small; there wasn't even enough space to walk around once my suitcase was open. The lobby, on the other hand, was very luxurious and grand. The service from the Horizon Club staff was mediocre. During peak dining hours, they allowed customers to block off tables without actually occupying them, preventing new arrivals from sitting down. This is no different from someone using their body to save a parking spot, and it needs further staff training.

This hotel in Ordos exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety, with the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products being particularly unique. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively recommending local attractions. The location is convenient, making it easy to drive or take a taxi to Genghis Khan Mausoleum and Xiangshawan Desert. Good value for money, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. During this trip, I stayed here for one night, spent one night elsewhere, and then returned for another two nights before flying back to Thailand. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. After my first night, I accidentally left my power bank in the room. The reception team took the initiative to look for it, called me to let me know they had found it, and safely kept it until I returned. On the day of my departure, I had to check out at 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the driver I had booked did not show up. The reception staff immediately stepped in and helped me call taxis until they successfully found one for me, making sure I could get to the airport on time. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. The excellent service made my stay stress-free and memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hohhot.

Traveling with my child during the summer for the first time in Inner Mongolia, I unexpectedly had to work overtime, pulling all-nighters and dealing with travel fatigue, which led to a bout of acute enteritis. Thankfully, I chose this hotel. Both the facilities and services are excellent, especially the staff – they are incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. They truly consider guests' needs, from recommending dining and entertainment to helping with extending my stay, it was very comforting. The room was also very comfortable; my child and I slept until almost noon, getting some much-needed rest. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel's hardware facilities meet the basic Sheraton standards. However, the service level of hotels in the north is generally lower than in the south, a fact I've noticed on several trips (even though I'm from the north myself). Here are the pros and cons: 1. **Breakfast:** Consistent with Sheraton's usual standards – neither disappointing nor surprising. All the expected items are there, so you'll definitely leave full. I particularly recommend the waffles and butter pound cake, and the wontons are freshly made, not pre-packaged, so be sure to try them. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small, and during peak season, it tends to get crowded with queues starting around 9 AM. It's best to go before 8:30 AM. The restaurant staff are enthusiastic. 2. **Executive Lounge:** The afternoon tea was very sparse, with only a few types of mousse and a small selection of fruits, which were instantly gone as soon as they were brought out. The evening happy hour was decent, offering four or five hot dishes, congee/soup, fried rice, pho, etc. Desserts were still mousse. There were several types of spirits and beers available. It was enough to fill up, and the taste was quite good. 3. **Housekeeping:** A male staff member responsible for my floor left me quite speechless. On the first night, he knocked on our door after 10 PM. We were already asleep, and when I got up to open the door, I realized he had delivered something to the wrong room. He just turned and walked away without saying anything, no apology, no smile – it was baffling. The next day, I found I had run out of shampoo while washing my hair. I'm not sure if the housekeeper that day checked the amenities. I called room service, and after a while, the same male staff member arrived, handed me a bottle of shampoo, and left, expecting me to replace it myself. It was a real struggle in the bathroom to remove the old bottle and fit the new one in. 😣 4. **Laundry Service:** The female staff member who came to collect my laundry had the best attitude – humble and polite. Thumbs up to her. 5. **Gym:** The gym isn't large, and the equipment is acceptable, but it lacks a Smith machine and barbells. It's on the lower-to-mid end compared to other Sheratons I've stayed at. I didn't visit the swimming pool, so I can't comment. Overall, for a luxury suite costing over 1,000 RMB, I'd say it was value for money, especially compared to the nearly 2,000 RMB per night prices in Manzhouli and Hailar.

The surrounding area is quiet and clean, offering a peaceful retreat in the midst of the city, ensuring a good night's sleep. The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the process was efficient and smooth. Any requests were handled promptly, which made for a very comfortable experience. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, leading to an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, with stable hot water and a full range of toiletries. The facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning and internet worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, catering to various tastes. The hotel as a whole was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The value for money is top-notch in the area. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The service, environment, and comfort all met my satisfaction, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Ordos.

My first time in Ordos. Location was great! Toiletries were very thoughtful (toothbrush w/ toothpaste, comb, vanity kit, shower cap, shaving kit). Provided me with a daily midday snack (2 kefir, 2 nectarines, handful of cherry tomatoes, 1 small cookie and 2 small savory rice crackers). Housekeeping was very attentive. Daily routine of removing trash and replacing towels. They left small detergent incase I wanted to use their laundry facilities. I stayed a total of 4 nights/ 5 days. Staff was amazing, Check-in and Check-out was a seamless process.
