Guest UserThis resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation.
Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience.
All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜
Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently.
One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure.
What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆
For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

Guest UserTaking advantage of the May Day holiday, I spontaneously embarked on a trip without much planning, intending to decide things as I went along. My classmate's mother recommended this hotel. To find a 5-star guesthouse-level hotel at this price during May Day was truly exceptional value for money. The hotel environment is excellent; although some areas were undergoing renovation, it didn't detract from the overall guest experience. The front office manager was incredibly welcoming, asking about our travel plans and offering genuine advice, such as visiting Dazhao Temple in the evening and reminding us about the significant temperature difference between day and night, suggesting we dress warmly. On my second day, I had originally planned to go to Chilechuan and then the desert, but she advised me to visit the desert first and then Chilechuan if time permitted. I readily took her advice, and the trip turned out to be perfect. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic and highly recommended. I look forward to staying here again during the summer holidays!

The room isn't very big, and the facilities are average, but the view of the stadium outside the window is quite nice. The Executive Lounge dinner was excellent, especially the red velvet cake, which was delicious, and the sticky rice strips were very authentic. Breakfast was abundant, with particularly tasty lamb shaomai and delicious purple rice porridge. I really liked the hot milk and soy milk from the large pot. I also surprisingly discovered that the plain whole wheat toast was incredibly good when toasted – the quality of the bread overall was great. The S-shaped staircase and circular pool in the lobby are beautiful, and there are two yurts set up for photos. The elevator area is very elegant, though the glass around the buttons easily gets fingerprints, which detracts from its appearance; I'd suggest more frequent cleaning. I was initially upset when someone cut in line during check-in, but thankfully a wonderful manager promptly assisted me, and I'm very grateful – she was professional, stylish, and highly competent. However, some staff at the front desk and in housekeeping seemed a bit green and inexperienced.

Guest Userroom was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about:
1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all
2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before.
All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

QingfengzhongdexunyicaoI specifically chose the Juhua Hotel for my trip to Hohhot to see Zhou Shen's concert, and I was very satisfied. The hotel is grand and luxurious, and the revolving restaurant on the top floor is excellent. The breakfast was especially plentiful. They were incredibly kind to fans, giving out lots of support gifts, which was very touching. It's not far from the Olympic Sports Center, just a ten-minute walk, and even closer by subway, making it very convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a commercial district with convenient transportation. The room was well-lit and very clean, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The thoughtful additions of a humidifier and water purifier were a nice touch. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and patient in answering questions, making check-in and check-out very efficient. The public areas were tidy and quiet, with complete facilities. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends.

Having stayed in countless hotels, this experience truly stands out! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the warmth and attentiveness of the staff; every smile and every direction was just perfect. And my exclusive butler, Molly, was incredibly thoughtful! From patiently assisting with check-in to meticulously arranging local food recommendations and sightseeing routes tailored to my preferences, nothing was overlooked. After a tiring day out, I returned to find my room tidied and a comforting herbal tea ready. Interacting with Molly, I could genuinely feel her passion and sincerity for her work. With such fantastic hotel service, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

daisywdyMore than just a hotel, it's a giant theme park and a photography paradise! The visual impact is incredible; the building itself is the world's largest Matryoshka doll. Inside, it's a magnificent Russian palace style – truly Inner Mongolia's own 'Disney castle.' Every photo you take looks like it's straight out of a magazine.
Every detail is 'Matryoshka' themed: from the room number plaque, table lamps, and TV cabinet to the mineral water bottles and the Matryoshka robot service, everything is adorned with Matryoshka elements, creating a strong sense of ceremony.
