From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staffâevery single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fareâeverything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

I never expected to find a family room in Hailar that was better than any family-friendly hotel in East China. It wasn't some flimsy tent bunk beds, but rather a whole room custom-made with super heavy timber, and there were even Mongolian-themed picture books. It was full of surprises! The entire hotel was excellent. In the evening, I met up with a friend for a drink at the rooftop bar and even saw the sunset over the Yimin River. Although I didn't get to see the green grasslands, this hotel is definitely the top spot in Hailar, and the location is superb. For breakfast, the Buryat dumplings were handmade by an auntie, and there was also lamb leg â absolutely delicious. Breakfast alone could easily pass for lunch. I will definitely come back in the summer!

This is an established star-rated hotel with an impressive exterior and a beautiful lobby. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Just a few minutes' walk to the right brings you to MixC City, where you can find everything for dining, entertainment, and shopping. There's both above-ground and underground parking, making it very convenient if you're driving. The front desk staff, especially one of the young men, provided excellent service. Check-in was quick, and he even proactively asked if I was driving so he could register my license plate for free in-and-out access. The room was spacious, the hardware facilities were well-maintained, and the hygiene was exceptional. Daily cleaning was also very prompt. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Inner Mongolian specialties like shaomai, milk tea, and lamb offal soup, along with a variety of fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The decor feels like the best you can find in Erdos. The service and amenities are also excellent. It's really close to the musical fountain square, so if there's an event, you can just walk a short distance and avoid the crowds. Plus, the full smart home system is amazing â perfect for people like us who love to relax in the hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit~

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed our check-in quickly. They also provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's facilities and services, which was a very thoughtful touch. They always greeted guests with a smile, creating a really warm atmosphere. Room service was prompt; whether we needed fresh towels or other items, they were delivered to our room very quickly. The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

Like the service đ, because the May 1st listing was tight, I didn't book a twin room on the first night. When I went out to play, I told the front desk. When I went out to play, I changed the twin room directly. The room is clean and bright, the lighting is very good, next to Moore City there is KFC, there is free parking, next time you come to Wuhai, you will still live here.

The room was spacious and the kids loved it, but the front desk service was really subpar. When I asked questions, they answered impatiently and seemed to look down on me, lacking any service enthusiasm. On the other hand, the ticketing service was quite good; they actively verified information, offered service, and even proactively introduced photo services for activities. Housekeeping was also excellent and generally met all our requests. The worst part was the breakfast. For a five-star hotel, eating at communal round tables with strangers, and with no one clearing plates promptly after guests left, was appalling. Half the table would be covered in dirty, leftover dishes, while the other half was the spot we finally managed to find. The food standard was very poor, not even reaching five-star quality; I'd say it wasn't even three-star. Food items weren't refilled in a timely manner, so we had to wait for almost every dish. In the end, we spent about an hour at breakfast, and I left still hungry, just walking away out of frustration because we waited for about 50 minutes.

We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful.
The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise.
Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another!
As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles.
This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old.
(The attached photo was taken on the third day. I hadn't initially planned on writing a review, which is why I didn't take pictures of the issues as they occurred.)

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub.
Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, âDid you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.â I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

Lanyang Lindun Hotel is truly an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any service-related issues. Even though we faced some language barriers, the English-speaking manager connected with us through WeChat and handled our requests smoothly and efficiently. If you are visiting this city for business or with family, this is definitely the place to stay. In my case, my family and I had to spend a few days in Hohhot. Although our booking period ended and we initially planned to move to another hotel, we decided to extend our stay hereâand it was the right choice. The main reason was our children, who absolutely love swimming. They spent nearly four hours a day in the pool. Unlike other hotels where the pool and fitness center come with extra charges, here everything was free of cost. I will certainly stay here again when I return for business. Thank you, Lanyang Lindun, for making our trip so enjoyable!
This place is an excellent option for families. The double room with one queen and two singles was perfect for the family. Â We were in town for a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and the walk to the theatre was very nice with many little cafes and restaurants along the way. Â The location is perfect; the room was clean and spacious. Overall, it was a great weekend.

Thank you all service, -Outstanding room, without smoke -Clean and warm pool -Friendly service -delicious breakfast with many choices The view outside is very nice.
First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.
