achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

The mosquito control in the room is very good, there is a special fragrance and anti-mosquito lotion for the guests to use The restaurant in the hotel tastes pleasantly surprised, I recommend everyone to try it.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

It's a bit far from the city center, but if you take a taxi it's not a problem to get there. There were a lot of comments about the humidity being a problem, but the weather was nice when we stayed so it wasn't a problem at all. There was a large bathtub, a spacious shower room, a comfortable bed and good amenities. I'm very satisfied.

A beautiful hotel, close to nature. Welcome staff. There are 2 pools and a nice restaurant. Photos of a delicious dinner.)) It's all done in one style, beautiful houses, even the recipient is beautifully suited to the general view. On the second floor of the recipient is a lounge area where you can comfortably wait for your settlement and play desktop games. Or read the book. There is everything you need in the room: from various cups to mixers, there are mosquito repellents that help you a lot. Mate, nuts and chocolate candy as a compliment to the plant were a nice bonus. A very cool mangal terrace, you can have dinner in nature. And I want to pay attention to the details: a note with the guest name and a greeting - it looked very nice 🥰 ❤️ This is one of the best hotels you want to recommend. 10 out of 10.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

香香港來的商务客人Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast. We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.
