This is a great hotel. every thing about this hotel is excellent , the Room service is excellent specially Dinesh who made my room is an excellent person. He made sure that we are always comfortable. The Ambience , the vibe in this Hotel is great. I will recommend this Hotel to all.

In order to leave a review meant to be fair to rate our stay at The Maidens, we would need more than 10 stars (whereas there are only 5 of them available). Ranging from the staff smiles and service attitude to the least minimal details, our stay at The Maidens was a total rewarding experience of relaxation and wellbeing. Special mention deserves the breakfast buffet, which offers haute international cuisine options such as 3 variations of Benedict Eggs ***** with magnificent traditional local dishes with a touch of excellence and, of course, the crystal clear water of the swimming pool. Congratulations to every staff member for their kindness and their effort to keep the property well maintained.

Here’s a more natural version of your review: The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after. The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality. There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again. Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

The rooms and bathrooms were very large and I was able to spend a comfortable time. The hospitality of the staff was also perfect. The breakfast was abundant and I was able to enjoy it.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

This hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, offering great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The exterior looks very high-end, but the facilities inside are really quite old. It feels like at least 20 years. The space in the room is relatively large, but many of the things in it are old and old. The temperature is only a little bit in the hour and the breakfast is quite average, but it is estimated that local Indians will like it

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!
