Hotel facilities and services are very good. However, one thing is not very friendly to guests who are not good at English. The Russians who stay at the hotel are not very friendly to the Chinese and do not know where to be confident. It can be seen that the IQ of a person with a big face and a thick neck is not enough.

Excellent stay with one minor omission. The location was very convenient, staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. My room was clean and quiet throughout my stay. The only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine (Mine was a standard room). Would recommend and stay again.

Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.
