Hohhot Baiyi Hotel (MixC Mall)

I stayed at the newly opened Boyi Hotel in Hohhot. The hotel's facilities are great, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, there was a sound of running water in our top-floor room at night. Also, when I asked for an iron to press my clothes, the staff only brought an iron and no ironing board. This shows there's still room for improvement in their service attention to detail.

Highly recommended! The room was new and spotless. The lobby manager was warm and polite, and the breakfast was exquisite. Since I was in a hurry to go sightseeing and didn't have time for breakfast, they even offered a packed breakfast service. Overall, full marks!

Great facilities and warm service! Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, but the front desk staff quickly sorted it out. We came to Hohhot for the food, so here are a few pictures of the delicious nearby eats!

The hotel room was great – spacious and came with a bathtub, plus everything felt new. Breakfast had a good variety too. Manager Huo at the front desk and concierge Wang Zhiguo provided excellent service.

This hotel is high-class with great value for money. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the service is excellent, especially from Manager Huo Jingwei, who was very thoughtful. The breakfast is also fantastic, offering most of the local Mongolian specialties!

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from all the attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is warm and friendly. The duty manager at the front desk, Mr./Ms. Huo, proactively helped us upgrade our room, offering thoughtful and attentive service. We will definitely come again in the future.

This new Chinese-style hotel really nails the ambiance! From the book nook in the hallway to the tea breaks and snacks in the common area, and the tea table and elegant paintings in the room, every detail shows thoughtful care. The hygiene is impeccable, not a single flaw to be found, and the bedding is super soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. Staying here feels like stepping into a serene world of Chinese aesthetics – the experience is absolutely top-notch!

An incredibly pleasant family trip, exceeding expectations! Almost perfect, save for one minor detail. Traveling with my child to Hohhot, staying at the Baiyi Hotel was a truly delightful surprise! First off, the location is superb, making getting around incredibly convenient with excellent public transport links – absolutely stress-free when traveling with a little one. What impressed us most, however, were the room facilities. Not only was everything spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail, but the bathroom was also exceptionally spacious, giving my child plenty of room to move around, and the shower area was wonderfully comfortable. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being warm and attentive, which added a lovely touch to our entire trip. My only minor quibble, and something I believe could be improved, is that for a hotel advertised as five-star standard, the mini-fridge drinks and snacks in the room were chargeable. For guests, complimentary items would definitely feel more welcoming and enhance the overall value for money experience. Nonetheless, this minor point doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent stay. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for our next family trip to Hohhot. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Location: The hotel is quite easy to find, with parking available both above ground and in the basement, including Tesla charging stations. Cleanliness: All amenities are relatively new and feel very clean. Facilities: The room even has a bathtub, and there's a gym downstairs. Service: Overall, requests are responded to very quickly. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!
