I would like to praise and criticize in three parts. 1. Front desk reception. The beautiful receptionist on duty at 21:30 on April 11 was friendly and professional. She answered questions accurately and helped me upgrade to an executive room. There was a man and a woman at the front desk at that time. I forgot to leave her name. She was tall and pretty. 2. The man at the swimming pool reception desk gave a bad review. I entered the swimming pool at 22:00. The receptionist had a droopy face, as if I had influenced them to leave early. He told me that the swimming pool would close at 22:30. I said that I had asked the front desk and they said that the swimming pool would close at 23:00. He said that it would close at 22:30. I entered the swimming pool and swam for 20 minutes. I got out of the water and went to the locker room at 22:30 on time. As a result, I found that all dry steam and wet steam saunas were closed. After I took a shower, only the uncle on duty was left. The three staff members who chatted at the front desk at 22:00 all went off work and disappeared. There was no one to receive the locker key. 3. The breakfast was rich and the dishes were cleared in a timely manner. However, there was only one coffee machine in the dining area, and it was a domestically produced coffee machine. It worked slowly and customers had to queue up. It is recommended to add another coffee machine in the dining area. In addition, the coffee machine at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant should be turned on and take-away paper cups should be prepared. These were not done well. I would like to remind them to pay attention to improvement.
