RouxinThe hotel has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Arms Square. The room was spacious, with a large and comfortable bed, and was clean and well-equipped. The service was excellent; they poured me a cup of local altitude sickness-relieving tea as soon as I arrived, and helped with my luggage when I came in and out of the hotel. The breakfast was also good, not lavish, but it had everything I needed.

The price is not high, there is a pick-up service, walking feels a bit far, although the town is not big, you can find the station near, walking in about two minutes is better, especially the luggage. Low altitude here

Mananxi_MXExcellent! I didn't take many photos, but I'll give you the lowdown! First off, to visit Machu Picchu, you need to stay a night in Aguas Calientes. The town is really tiny, so even though this hotel looks far from the station, it's actually just a 3-minute walk. After getting off the train, it's a short uphill stroll to reach it.
The hotel is 4-star, and the front desk service is great. They offer free hot water and tea bags, and there's an elevator and luggage storage service. The rooms are huge, and the beds for two people are almost queen-sized each.
Room amenities are complete: there's a fan, heater, and extra blankets.
Worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi works exceptionally well, perfect for smooth video calls; and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic, making for a really refreshing experience!
Sleeping at night with the sound of the river was like a soothing white noise that helped me drift off.
I missed breakfast because we left too early, but every single hotel staff member was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. After returning from Machu Picchu, we just relaxed and charged our devices in the lobby until it was time to head back to the train station for Ollantaytambo.
The price is also very economical and affordable. All in all, it was a fantastic experience! 😘 I highly recommend it to everyone.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service.
The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out).
They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

Our train back from Machu Picchu was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel until 10 PM. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a cozy warmth. The turndown service was already complete, and there was even a hot water bottle. It was hands down the best night's sleep we've had so far on this trip. The hotel itself is incredibly stylishly decorated. Breakfast is a buffet, but you can also order à la carte. The coffee is excellent too. Highly recommend!

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.

The hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.

It is a short walk from the Machu Picchu station and is convenient for eating and shopping. Unlike the hustle and bustle outside, you can feel at ease with a calm feeling from the time you enter the hotel hall. Check-in is smooth, meal information is easy to understand, and it tells you what you need in a short time, so you can rest assured with the impression of being used to it. The room is clean and comfortable with sufficient equipment. I think I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Machu Picchu.

Gurdev Singh HundalWe had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference.
The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Anonymous UserNice stay however location is quite tedious when going from Cusco city centre. Couldn’t find shower gel and did not provide sanitary products such as q tip, shower cap and cotton buds.
