The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to walk to the Arsenal and the tourist agency in a straight line of 15 minutes. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with many varieties of authentic food. The only downside is that the room is noisy at night because the restaurant is next to the bathroom.

Cusco stayed at this hotel for three nights. Easy to travel, good service

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

They were very kind to me. When I got sick, they also supported me in going to the hospital.

Breakfast is not too bad, the drink fruit is very rich. However, it is very strange that the price of Ctrip has changed. I decided to place more than 800 orders on the first night. The payment will not move. After half a day, I found that the price has become more than 900, so I changed it to more than 900. pay. Stayed for one night and wanted to continue, the Ctrip price became 1400, and then 1600. Later, I continued to stay at the front desk for the first night of Ctrip. In the next few days, Ctrip is still in this situation. It has changed and the hotel has been giving me a fixed price. I don't understand why Ctrip is doing this at this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the square, church, museum and other attractions. The lobby reception staff is good, the lobby is spacious and has local characteristics, the room is also large, and the bathroom facilities are OK

This is the best hotel before or after your Machu Picchu experience! Not only they offered to pick us up at the train station (although it's very close walking distance), they also offered to send our luggages to the train station on our way out upon check out so we could enjoy Aguas Calientes activities without dragging around our luggages. Everyone working there was exceptionally kind, and answered our questions and requests very promptly. We so appreciated our lovely welcome plate left in the room, too! Breakfast (included) was amazing as well. The building is right by the river, and we enjoyed the view as well as the sound of the river flow from our room. Highly recommended! We would totally go back to this hotel and stay again next time.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the location is also very good, and it's antique. There is free coca tea in the lobby and free oxygen for 10 minutes. There is a convenience store/pharmacy opposite the hotel, but the check-in time is a little long.

The staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.
