GGuest UserBefore the New Year, we went on a spontaneous trip with one child and one adult. The experience was beyond our expectations when we stayed at Xianshe Villa for our visit to Shanghai Disneyland. The environment was clean and tidy, the housekeeper service was warm and considerate, the auntie's breakfast was nutritious, and the driver picked us up at Disneyland safely and on time. The villa provided both the warmth of home and the services and supporting facilities of a five-star hotel. The experience was perfect. My child is already looking forward to staying at Xianshe Villa for the next Disney trip with her classmates and bestie.

GGuest UserSome time ago, I went to Chongming Island with my friends and stayed in Villa No. 100 of Shanghai Xiangying Holiday Villa. The experience was so good that I must share it with you!
As soon as I arrived at the villa, the Southeast Asian style architecture attracted me. The design of the single-family house and courtyard is super private, surrounded by green plants and full of negative oxygen ions. I heard from the staff that the villa is next to Dongping National Forest Park. Sure enough, the air is fresh and pleasant, just like living in a natural oxygen bar.
The interior space of the villa is very spacious, with five bedrooms of different styles, three of which have bathtubs. It is so comfortable to take a bath when you are tired. Although the living room is not big, it has all the entertainment facilities such as KTV, mahjong table, and TV. A group of us sang and played mahjong in it, and we had a lot of fun. The small courtyard is my favorite place. We put tables and chairs, and everyone sat around to drink tea and chat, enjoying the leisure time.
There is nothing to say about the service. The staff is warm and thoughtful, asked about our needs attentively, and delivered the required items in time. The room was clean and warm, and it was very comfortable to stay in. The location of the villa is excellent, close to Dongping National Forest Park, and you can reach it on foot. There are many farmhouses around, so you don't have to worry about finding food.
I was really satisfied with this stay. Whether it is a family gathering or a trip with friends, it is very suitable. I will come again next time if I have the chance!

MM246238****Located near Wukang Building, it's very close to Soong Ching-ling's Former Residence. Whether day or night, stepping out offers beautiful views of tree-lined avenues. The smallest room, priced around 300 RMB, is still great value. It has a fridge stocked with so many complimentary drinks, more than you can finish, and fresh fruit is delivered daily – that's a fantastic perk! For extended stays, breakfast was included. We ordered the wonton set, and the wontons were delicious. It came with a few steamed buns, eggs, two types of fruit, yogurt, orange juice, milk, and coffee. While not a huge spread, everything was exquisite and the setting was lovely, making for a comfortable meal. The courtyard is a building within a garden villa area, very stylishly designed, with photo opportunities everywhere. It's also quiet at night. The downsides are that the first floor is a bit dark and has a damp smell, and the window faces the aisle between two buildings, though thankfully it's not sealed off. The bed is metal and creaks. Ctrip shows two SoHo locations, one at Lane 115, No. 1 and another at No. 9, both belonging to them. Just pick the cheaper one.

The villa was well-equipped, featuring a full kitchen with a frying pan, cooking pot, steaming pot, and all necessary utensils. The fully functioning fridge, complete with a refrigerator, semi-freezer, and freezer, was ready for use.

Eekas_19The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Disneyland, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast from 7-9am, clean linens, complimentary water, a kettle, towels (7 for two), a toothbrush, hot water, and working air conditioning (we slept warmly).
There's a convenience store 50 meters away from us that's open all day until 9:30pm. The lovely woman working there makes delicious sweet buns. We paid only 33 yuan (less than 400 rubles) for a whole bag.
The hotel's location is slightly different from where the GPS showed us; the building is lower, by the water, but the owner's neighbor quickly called him and they picked us up.
The room is cleaned and always ready to help.
I don't understand why there are several bad reviews, because for the price, this place has everything!
We want to say a big thank you for the amenities provided, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserChoosing the right accommodation for my Shanghai Disneyland trip was a great experience! The hotel environment was excellent; the rooms were clean and tidy, with a compact yet cozy layout, and some greenery outside the window, perfectly meeting all my travel needs. The service was a pleasant surprise. The free shuttle bus was incredibly punctual; I confirmed the time a day in advance, and it took me directly to the park entrance in the morning, saving me the hassle of taking a taxi. The front desk even thoughtfully prepared breakfast, which I missed because I entered the park early, but this attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The return shuttle bus was also easy to find, and the staff were friendly throughout. For Disneyland visitors, it was extremely convenient and offered exceptional value!

I'm not used to the bed not having a headboard, and staying on the first floor, there was a bit of a damp smell. The outdoor pool is kid-friendly, perfect for children to play in as it's not too deep, and the water looked quite clean. Shopping is inconvenient in this village, but it's good that delivery services are available.
