The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, and now it is very nice and very clean. For this location, it is probably one of the best options you can get at this price. When I arrived, there was a staff member at the reception who was very helpful. At first she may seem a bit rough in her manner, but she is actually a very kind and helpful person. The room itself is very clean. If you choose the cheapest option, the room does not have a window. However, if you choose the option one level above, you can get a room with a window. Considering the location, the price is very reasonable and it is difficult to find a room this affordable in this area. The room was very clean with no dust at all. The hotel provides all the basic amenities such as slippers, Wi-Fi, a dental kit, shower gel, and towels (one large towel and two hand towels). The bathroom is clean. It is slightly small, but actually a bit larger than another room I stayed in nearby a few days ago. They also provide a hairdryer, and the bed and blanket are very comfortable. The lighting in the room is also good. Overall, for this price, you get a clean room with Wi-Fi and all the essentials, which is really all you need. I stayed in a room without a window on the first day, and on the second day I moved to a slightly more expensive room with a window. Overall, if you are coming here for a short stay, this hotel is a very good option. The inn is not far from Zhujiajiao subway station, just beside Fuxing Bridge. Although the room is small, it has everything. The stairs are very narrow, and it is a bit difficult to go up and down with large luggage. The inn is very cozy and it is very pleasant to sit at the door and drink tea and chat. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the inn to the ancient town. The scenery of ”small bridges, flowing water and people's homes” can be seen everywhere in the ancient town, and many people take photos and check in. The proprietress is beautiful and kind. She took the initiative to help with the luggage and gave us coffee. The inn has a washing machine and a clothes drying table, which is very convenient for washing and drying clothes. In short, it is a cost-effective homestay, recommended!

Very clean and great helpful staff. The only downside is no elevator, only stairs, so if someone with mobility issues, it might pose a problem. Otherwise, it is great for the value and location to be minutes to the tram and metro. There is a nearby corner convenient store that has lots of great snacks and drinks for very great prices. Recommend if you are on a budget.

The room was very clean, a good place to just sleep after a day out, perfect for travelers who don't spend much time in their room. There were no strange smells, and for this price in downtown Shanghai, it's incredibly good value for money – what more could you ask for? It's also convenient for food downstairs, there's a park nearby, and it's not far from the subway station. I'd definitely stay here again.

It’s really good to book this house near Disney. The owner is very warm and considerate, and has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to help with luggage. The store also provides Disney pick-up and drop-off service, and you can store luggage for free. The room is also very hygienic and clean, with its own layout and arrangement. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation effect is average, but the store thoughtfully used sound insulation cotton. Except for the sound of walking outside the corridor, the sound from other rooms is basically inaudible.

The interior facilities are quite complete, with a cooking area, range hood, and washing machine. It's suitable for long-term stays. The shower drainage isn't very smooth, but the cleanliness is acceptable.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Shanghai. The location was excellent, close to public transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The service from the staff was good, and they were polite and willing to help whenever needed. However, some of the amenities could be improved. For example, the washing machine did not work properly, which was a bit frustrating during my stay. With better maintenance of these facilities, the overall experience would be much smoother. Even so, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with reliable service and a great location. With a few upgrades to the amenities, it has the potential to be an even better choice for visitors to Shanghai.

Booked this hotel last minute, cause my favorite hotel is closing down business this month and i wanted something nearer cause I’m well versed with the surrounding areas, 1: the first red flag is the reception, mail and deliveries are all piled up and falling off shelves, it’s so dirty and humid, it looks like a hoarder’s poach, they’re no waiting chairs, so you’ll stand while they process the guests that came before you until it’s your turn !! The receptionists are very nice and helpful . 2; no room housekeeping ( you’ll have to ask for someone to come take the rubbish and give you towels or change your bedding. 3: THE FILTH!!! The filth is on level 1000/100 the grime made it hard for me to shower with my eyes open, I’m not sure if the place has a manager and if they care about the the wellbeing of the clients , because from what i saw, the cleaners don’t even bother, the floor had food stains from i think when they just opened, the sink🤮 the bathroom ( that one corner gave me the hibbigibeis) the toilet seat was broken , everything in the bathroom was broken and dirty , then my charger fell in the space which is between the bathroom glass and the bed, got down to retrieve it and i decided it was best to just a get a new charger instead. The place if cleaned and cared for would be an amazing hotel apartment, it has great amenities , a washing machine a fridge and a drying rack if you upgrade to a bigger room, a kitchenette that would be great if you are interested in cooking and staying longer and it’ has an Aldi downstairs, a gym and lots of other great places surrounding it . I really hope the owners would read this and take it into consideration and carry out serious supervision or else their property will lose value, The hygiene of the hotel does not only ensure the health and wellness of the visitors who sleep in those walls but also keeps the property value up. Dirt And filth only brings it down and puts the health of others at risk . I really hope they change standards.
