"Amazing experience at this high-rise hotel! It's located in the same building as the 'Eye of the Clouds' observation deck, so you're right at the heart of the scenic views as soon as you step out of the elevator. The panoramic views from the high floor are absolutely breathtaking; just open the curtains to an incredible city skyline, and the night view is especially soothing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water – every detail was perfect. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in super smooth. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping and transportation downstairs. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!"

My accommodation experience for this trip was absolutely fantastic, so I definitely have to give this hotel a five-star review! The location is a huge plus – it's just a few minutes' walk to the commercial area and all the sights. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. When it was raining outside, the hotel even had umbrellas available for guests to borrow, which was a really nice touch. Overall, everything was excellent.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, right near Hongyadong. The room was quite spacious and quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was also pretty good. The only minor issue was that the sink didn't drain very well and the water flow was a bit noisy, but it didn't really affect my overall positive experience. Definitely recommend it!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. It was super convenient to have a robot deliver anything I needed to the room right away. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient too; it's just a few minutes' walk to Hongyadong from the first floor entrance, and you can reach Jiefangbei directly from the 22nd floor. The value for money is outstanding – I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI honestly think this hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable 😌. All the staff were incredibly polite and enthusiastic! From the concierge to the front desk ladies and the housekeeping aunties, everyone was fantastic 🎉. They even brought us a drying rack when they saw we were doing laundry – so thoughtful! And the location speaks for itself. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and have fun right downstairs. You can walk to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Kuaixinglou, and the subway station is close by too! If I visit Chongqing again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. A good hotel deserves a good review, it's really great 👍. Oh, and a tip: don't buy the fruit from the street vendors in picture four; I suspect it's soaked in colored sugar water and was sickeningly sweet.

It's also really easy to get to other attractions from here, basically in the center of everything. Great value for money! It's just over a 10-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The first picture is the view from the hotel window.

GGuest UserLocated on Binjiang Road in Yuzhong District, the room offers stunning river views right outside the window. The hotel boasts convenient transportation, perfectly avoiding the traffic restrictions of the bustling downtown area. The room itself is very spacious, and the washer/dryer combo along with the kitchen facilities are excellent. The breakfast is quite varied. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

GGuest UserOverall a great place. Beautiful rooms of the highest quality in every regard. The best features are the hot spring pools in the rooms of course. The showers are also great( two in every shower room) Great quality TV with great sound. Good selection of movies( not the latest releases) but all free. Food at the hotell restaurants had good standard. The best we have experienced in China. But for double the price we would pay for the same quality Chinese food in Norway. Surprisingly! But keep clear of the pizza. It is actually just a frozen pizza type. Very small. We didn’t order any more western dishes after that, except for the Cesar’s salad. Which was good. The place is old now and a bit worn. But it’s still is very very beautiful and high quality. Where this hotell really shines is the services of the staff. Even if they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese they are very patient. To a Norwegian it is almost too much. They carry your bags even when thy are too heavie and many for one person. They drive you you to and from your room if you have a villa. We got an upgrade from ordinary room with hot spring pool and double bed to a villa! Because we found 6 small worms in the shower room. I think this is pretty hard to avoid in such a sub tropical and humid environment. But we reported it to the staff and they immediately gave us an upgrade with a complementary big fruit basket. We were blown away by this huge upgrade. Only thing that was a bit negative and unexpected is the extra deposit fee which is quite high. I think this should have been more clearly informed in the hotell booking and hotell online page. We were a bit low on funds as Banyan tree was our last hotell stay in China before leaving and we were on a planned but tight budget. We solved it of course with our Mastercard but it caused a bit stress for us. And a second thing is that using Alipay instead of WeChat is more difficult at the hotell. ( not impossible)But without Chinese phone number you can’t use WeChat.
