Mr. Andy is very responsive and communicative, the location of the homestay is easy to find and very strategic, in the middle of a large / branded mall / shopping center, very clean and tidy, lots of power outlets, so it makes it easy to operate our tools, the kitchen is very complete, the air conditioning is very good, it feels warm even in winter, the equipment is quite detailed, there is even a nail clipper, the sheets and pillows are covered with covers, so they are kept clean, Andy is very kind and pleasant, if he comes back he will stay here again

We were looking for a hotel that was close to Disneyland but also not far from the airport. That's how we came across this hotel. From the outside, it looks old and dilapidated, but that doesn't detract from the charm of the rooms. The rooms are all clean and great for families and children. Since we were there in October, which is off-season, we can't comment on the outdoor facilities (there is a children's pool and carousel), but what we liked best was how friendly the two hotel operators were. They were super warm and welcoming and always eager to help with anything we needed. Based on them alone, we would gladly check in there again anytime and definitely recommend it to others.

It is very suitable for friends to get together, to travel and live nearby. The environment is beautiful and the entertainment facilities are complete. The hotel is very polite and gave Chongming cake as a gift. The store manager is also very enthusiastic and will solve any small problems immediately. I will come again next time.

I extended my stay in Modena by Fraser at Wujiaochang because I had a good stay here. This is my second review of this place, which should be read with my first review. My first review (one of the first three reviews of this place) forgot to mention about the breakfast, room price, and to provide photos. These will be covered by my second review now. First, about the breakfast. This place is so new that the breakfast comes in a set meal bento box delivered directly to your room by a robot at a time of your preference. The breakfast dining area was not yet open for meals during my stay so I was unable to try or review it. But Leo from the hotel says that the dining area should open sometime next week. In any case, the seat meal breakfast was filling and decent as an interim breakfast solution. Second, the room price. I paid around CNY 512 per night, breakfast being complimentary. I find this to be value for money. I enjoyed the facilities of the hotel/service apartment, especially the in-room washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Many other hotels do not have a washer and dryer in the room itself, but this place does. Third, the photos. These will show that the room provides a good amount of storage space for clothes, shoes, and more. The mirror in the bathroom has its own light and defrosting function: I found it useful! A modern table lamp is provided on the desk for work. That lamp has a wireless charging pad. Other wired charging power outlets are placed around the room, including USB-C and USB-A outlets.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation. David was very helpful. We had no cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils on arrival. This was remedied very quickly. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away. The accommodation was very secure and quiet. Towels were changed very regularly. and the accommodation maintained throughout our stay. We would use this accommodation again.

I stayed at this homestay during my family trip to Shanghai, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious, making it perfect for a family stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, and the layout was practical and well-designed. One of the things I appreciated most was the natural lighting. The class ceiling allowed the room to be filled with sunshine during the day, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The apartment was also fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils and dining essentials to clean linens and toiletries. This made our stay very convenient. The host was attentive and helpful, providing us with clear instructions and useful local recommendations. Communication was smooth, and we felt very well taken care of. The location was excellent — close to transportation, shops, and restaurants, which made it easy for us to explore Shanghai. Despite being in the city, the apartment was quiet at night, ensuring a good rest for the whole family. Overall, this homestay was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, offering great value for a family trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
