5-Star Hotels in Tbilisi

Excellent hotel right in the city center, within walking distance to the subway and many attractions. They offer diverse breakfasts and comfortable rooms. One downside we experienced was that despite booking a rate that included breakfast, the hotel didn't have it registered, and we had to pay for it separately on the spot. However, thanks to Trip.com support, we received compensation for the breakfasts we paid for, which we greatly appreciate.

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

No refunds allowed, everyone please read carefully. Even canceling three days in advance is not possible. Don't book if you have travel plans or are likely to change them. Ctrip intervened multiple times to communicate, but the hotel refused to provide a room. Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 200 yuan; it was a booking that cost over 600 yuan. I don't recommend traveling here in the short term either. There are protests everywhere, and you might even get hit by tear gas. Safety first. There's also a recent mayoral change.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Location: From afar, you can see the Ferris wheel and cable cars on the mountaintop, and below, you overlook the entire river, which is absolutely beautiful. It's in a bustling area. Room: The room has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view 👍. The entire room has a clean color scheme, and the facilities are good, but surprisingly, the hand soap and shower gel were almost empty and hadn't been refilled. Breakfast: Honestly, it wasn't great. The fruits were quite ripe and became unappetizing quickly after being served. Other items were mostly Western, and the only hot food available was omelets. Special shout-out: The extra bed for our check-in was a huge help. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk!

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

The location is fantastic, and there's plenty to explore nearby. The room was spacious and quiet, and the price was just right. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English slowly and clearly, which made me feel very cared for. It was a huge improvement compared to other hotels where the front desk staff were cold and mumbled. Plus, the front desk attendant was an absolute beauty! Out of the four hotels I've stayed at in Georgia, this one had the best room and the best service for its good location.

What I liked about it was that everything was around it: Starbucks, Dunkin', Subway, Wendy's, an Italian pizza restaurant, and a park, all in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Tbilisi. However, the room size was small, and to top it off, the bathroom door was transparent, offering no privacy at all. If I return to Tbilisi, I won't come back to this place. I'd look for cheaper options in the same area; it's not worth the price. That said, I won't return to Georgia at all, especially Tbilisi, which isn't nice and is very primitive.

We loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the water and food were delicious! The staff was friendly, and there's a great new park across the street from the hotel! There's a professional swimming pool and a children's pool with a jacuzzi! 😁 We'll definitely choose this hotel when we visit Tbilisi.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The front desk staff, Lizi, was incredibly cheerful, answered all questions promptly, and provided excellent, professional service. Definitely worth coming back to stay again.
