Guest UserThe host was incredibly nice. We stayed for two days, and on the first day, they brought us fruit. On the second day, when we mentioned needing tissues, they brought us a whole lot of water, drinks, and some snacks.
There's an airport pick-up service, and after taking us to the room, they showed us how to use each smart appliance. It was a bit funny when the curtain fell off a bit while it was moving though...
The room is like a small apartment, very well-equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack. We even tried cooking ourselves, and it was pretty good.
It's quite convenient to get to Freedom Square, about a 10 to 15-minute drive away. There are also convenience stores and currency exchange places nearby, and the exchange rate seemed similar to the airport's.
This hotel seems to have opened recently, and it's excellent value for money. Friends, you should definitely check it out before the prices go up, haha.
(The fruits and drinks in the picture were brought by the host. It's been so long since I've had green grapes with seeds... but the juice was delicious!)

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

Anonymous UserIt's a convenient 20+ minute drive from the airport. The room was spacious, and breakfast was decent. It's a good option if you're looking for a convenient location.

Paint the cloudsEverything was great, and the value for money was excellent. We're a family of five, and the staff were very friendly. There was always plenty of drinking water available during our stay. This made for a pleasant holiday in the Caucasus. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects.
There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable.
My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone.
It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting.
The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests.
On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel.
The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Anonymous UserGreat stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist on 21feb were polite and helpful. Others Staff service was acceptable, though not particularly attentive . I found the staff to be less friendly than expected. There was little interaction, and even basic greetings in the morning were missing, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming.

Natalia IurinaEverything was great. The breakfasts offered food adapted for international guests. The front desk staff spoke English and Russian. They even gave us a better room than what we booked.

It exceeded my expectations. I booked this hotel randomly, but its location was amazing—super convenient by taxi and subway. Plus, the view from the window was fantastic, with a view of Trinity Lafayette. Also, unlike my previous stays outside the Old Town which was incredibly noisy, this hotel was no problem. Breakfast was decent, but they stayed until 11 am, and until 11:30 am on weekends—a blessing for lazy people. The swimming pool was small, but shallow, perfect for families with kids.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Guest UserThere were both pros and cons to our stay.
Pros:
Beautiful interior
Clean and well-cleaned every day
All necessary amenities are provided: slippers, robes, shampoos, toothbrushes, etc.
Spacious room
Plenty of hangers and closets
Excellent pool, sauna, and gym with a wide selection of exercise machines and equipment
Air conditioning in the room
Cons:
Far from all the attractions, on a mountain
The view from the window was of a garbage dump
There's construction in front of the hotel, so there's no beautiful view anywhere
On the second day, there was no water in the room, and the staff told us to drink from the tap. But they corrected this the next day.
The phone in the room didn't work (the call button was for reception), so we had to go to reception with any questions.
Few of the staff speak Russian, and they apparently don't understand English well either, as they gave false information several times.
Overall, the hotel is ok if you have a car and if you rent it for the price I did (~$100 per night for a two-bedroom room).
