GGregArshinovThis place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture.

It's a miracle. Incredibly beautiful, created by the owner's hands. SOOOOO cozy common areas, the veranda. The atmosphere, guests from all over the world. The kitchen. You can easily organize your own party, games, karaoke, master classes. I'd love to drop in for an international New Year's Eve party!
Or rent a room and read a book in your own wing, not talking to anyone.
I just don't know why I'd stay anywhere else!
It's convenient for female travelers—there are separate women's rooms.
I'm not good at writing coherent reviews based on criteria. But when I fall in love with a place, it's forever!

ЮЮлия СтепThe rooms are small but comfortable. Everything is new: bed linens, robes, towels—everything is superb. The breakfasts are excellent, and a big thank you to the women who prepare them—everything is delicious. Eggs, porridge, sausages, side dishes, nuts, jam, and pastries—everything is fresh and delicious.
The reception staff is very polite and friendly.
Cons:
The hotel is a steep climb. It might be difficult for older guests and families with children. But the location is right next to the sulfur baths and close to the main attractions.
And the main drawback is the cleaning of the rooms. That's why there are so many 3 stars. On the first day, the cleaning lady barely cleaned the room; mugs weren't washed, beds weren't made. The ashtray on the balcony was left full. They only put water on it. And they left a dirty blue cleaning glove in the middle of the table. I'd like to ask the hotel management—is this normal? Same thing happened on the second day; thank you for not leaving the glove.
Apart from the cleaning, everything is great.

- the room is big, clean and well equiped
- very comfortable mattress
- the owners are friendly and helpful
- there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction)
- breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though)
I have no cons, just some observations:
- the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt
- 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area
- Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop.
It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel itself is in the private house on the top of the slope. The door is not easy to find and it is very hidden. Just chalk it on the big iron gate. When you enter the broken yard, you have to carefully find the anti-theft door and ring the bell. However, the location is very convenient in the old city, and it is basically within walking distance to the attractions.
Hygienic: It's okay to do it, at least it looks clean.
Environmental service facilities: no breakfast is provided, the room is small, there is a European-style oblique roof window to open, there are heating, drying racks, hand sanitizer shampoo, body soap, hair dryer and bathrobes, you can feel that the sound insulation is not good but everyone is very quiet so it does not affect the rest. There's a common ironing machine outside.
There is no service. If you don’t take the initiative to ask, you will not clean it at all. There is also the checkin desk of the house itself on the second floor. The room may also be arranged to a higher floor. You have to carry the box yourself. The wooden stairs, the front desk does not help at all, There are convenience stores and shops selling fruits and vegetables around the price is fair and convenient, and there are restaurants. You can choose Bolt by taxi, you don’t have to climb up and down the stone road yourself.

TTravelling meThis hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500
Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.

SSusanThis review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
