Это место действительно попало нам в самое сердце ❤️ Жили в самом Старом Тбилиси и влюбились в атмосферу — уютные улочки, старинные дома и ощущение настоящего Тбилиси прямо за дверью. Само жильё очень уютное, чистое и душевное. Чувствовали себя не туристами, а будто приехали в гости к хорошим друзьям. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство и заботу. Уезжали с одной мыслью: если снова в Тбилиси — то только сюда! ❤️

Nicely located apartment, on the walking area with lots of cafes, 1 min to SPAR; good bed and pillows, sofa in the kitchen, all kitchen tools are available as well. Water is fine. Host is highly friendly and almost always available online, you could check-in/check-out through lockbox, thank you very much!

The inn is large and there are many delicious dining rooms around. I think the room is large and the courtyard is very easy to spend.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Very good location.. close to public transportation and malls restaurants and metro station..

This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows. It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. There are fire hazards. If you want to save money, choose this one.

Casual and relaxed hostel, nice people.  Located near city center.  Nice room.  I had a single room for 17 $, it was a scoop.  Clean room and the bed was extraordinary comfortable.  Good kitchen with gas stoves.  Cheap food stores and eateries nearby.

Don’t expect much, you don’t get much. Decent for an overnight

The location is central, so you can walk anywhere. Compared to other places with similar price ranges, it is considered to be the highest level.

I recommend arranging in advance how to get the key to your room if you're checking in outside of daytime hours. The administrator is only on-site during the day. If you don't have a local SIM card, you'll have to figure out how to contact them, and why would you want that extra hassle? The kitchen is also only open during the day, so all the necessary amenities can only be obtained when the administrator is working. The room was clean. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here.
