Само жильё очень уютное, чистое и душевное. Чувствовали себя не туристами, а будто приехали в гости к хорошим друзьям. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство и заботу. Уезжали с одной мыслью: если снова в Тбилиси — то только сюда! ❤️

One of my favorite stays in Georgia! This guesthouse offered fresh, clean air and a beautiful view of the city. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location added to the charm. The owner was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made my stay feel truly welcoming. A memorable experience from start to finish.

Nicely located apartment, on the walking area with lots of cafes, 1 min to SPAR; good bed and pillows, sofa in the kitchen, all kitchen tools are available as well. Water is fine. Host is highly friendly and almost always available online, you could check-in/check-out through lockbox, thank you very much!

This is a small private hotel hidden in the local living circle. The landlord is very welcoming, the surrounding environment is safe, and the door is not locked when you go out. There are some other residents in the whole small courtyard, which is full of life. It is a different experience from staying in a hotel. It looks shabby, but I like it very much.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Very good location.. close to public transportation and malls restaurants and metro station..

The room was clean and tidy. It's located near a tourist attraction and a square, just a few hundred meters away. I couldn't stay there the day I went; their place was full, so they sent me to another hotel. It's perfect for a trip.

I like my room the bed was big and comfortable . The bathroom was next door

Don’t expect much, you don’t get much. Decent for an overnight

The location is central, so you can walk anywhere. Compared to other places with similar price ranges, it is considered to be the highest level.
