From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

My parents, my partner, and I came from Hefei city to Lujiang for a weekend staycation. Our top priority was finding a place that met everyone's needs. [Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

The hotel's location is great, and the front desk service was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the overall environment and facilities are very good. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to my friends.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

The room is beautiful and well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a large garden and an artificial lake. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of food, it's not crowded, and there's plenty of seating. The hotel is very close to attractions like the Anhui Science and Technology Museum, Museum of Famous Figures, Art Museum, and the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle Memorial Hall, as well as Chaohu Lake. There's a subway station nearby and a Wanda commercial area, making it convenient for dining. The service is excellent; I'll definitely book here again next time. They even gave us fruit and bottled water when we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.

Room was well attended to, cleaning was regular and thorough. Air conditioner in the room could be slow to be effective (extra keycard to constantly power the room while it was unoccupied was needed during the summer stay), breakfast buffet was passable but generally unexceptional.
