GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserI booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

The audio and video equipment has clear picture quality and shocking sound effects. It is full of atmosphere while lying in bed and watching movies, and it is as comfortable as a private theater. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting is warm, and the overall design is very stylish. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the experience of staying is full, the price is super high, whether it is leisure and relaxation or friends gathering is very suitable, I will choose here next time!

The facilities are complete, and the environment is quiet and elegant, offering great value for money. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

GGuest UserBooked 3 beds for a night about $44. The hotel provide pick up and sending services to and from HF airport. We arrived HF from train station and have to travel to HF airport the next early morning. So we booked somewhere near the airport and this hotel is about 3km 12mins. They are very friendly as they helped to carry luggages due to no lift. The bed are super comfortable and big. The only downside is the place is in kampung and nothing around it. So do eat at outside before coming. The shower and toilet is not separate so is easily wet and during cold weather it can be slippery. No heater for the toilet

KKenny K.We booked this hotel because the other hotal Lanyue Hotel (Huaihe Road) rejected our stay when check in with the reason that foreigners are not allowed to stay in their hotel. Thanks for the urgent stay and the receptionist mentioned the room was upgraded. So foreigners be aware when visiting Hefei city and booking Lanyue Hotel because in their platform, it clearly mentioned the hotel can accept guests from every countries and region. What in our mind was why they accepted our booking week ago and only rejected us during check in? Is the room being sold to others at higher price? Trip.com should investigate this matter as not to fool many other international tourists by Lanyue Hotel. Their reject mean many troublesome to guests, including losing booking fee and paying much higher price to other hotels, especially when arriving late at night. RRobert JanNice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
