The front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

I stayed at this hotel because I was taking an early morning international flight from Hefei Airport. The room was clean and tidy. There was a field next door, and I could hear geese croaking, haha.

I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

The overall stay experience of this hotel is superb, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, the staff is gentle, and the needs can be responded in time. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was quiet and not noisy, and the rest quality was perfect. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is in place. The price is very high, the overall environment is clean and comfortable, the details are very careful, whether it is a short trip or a temporary stay on a business trip, it is very suitable, the next trip will give priority to this, highly recommended to everyone!

The landlord is very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is what I like. The landlord is very considerate and put some books for guests to read when they are bored. This is something I rarely encounter when staying in a B&B outside. Thumbs up👍

The conditions are very good, with a stove, washing machine and TV. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, suitable for a family to live in. The facilities are quick and easy to use, and the bathroom is also air-heated, so you don't have to worry about the cold when taking a shower!

The hotel is truly magnificent, located in the center of Hefei, very close to the main dining and sightseeing spots. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They even gave me a better room than the one I had booked, with a window and beautiful views. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a projector for watching movies, a desk, mineral water, etc. The bathroom was also spotless and in excellent condition. If you come to Hefei, I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed 5 nights in bedroom. Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine. Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe. Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive. Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

Booked 3 beds for a night about $44. The hotel provide pick up and sending services to and from HF airport. We arrived HF from train station and have to travel to HF airport the next early morning. So we booked somewhere near the airport and this hotel is about 3km 12mins. They are very friendly as they helped to carry luggages due to no lift. The bed are super comfortable and big. The only downside is the place is in kampung and nothing around it. So do eat at outside before coming. The shower and toilet is not separate so is easily wet and during cold weather it can be slippery. No heater for the toilet
